The Rosey Life Planner also has a vertical weeks size planner. I used to think vertical weeks would be too small, but now I'm all about them!

This was quite interesting to watch. I'v always felt there are more vertical planners options available than horizontal, which is why I do wonder why exactly did you decided to go with the paper tess, because most of the layout ideas will require quite a lot of weekly setup. I would be too lazy to edit a planner that much. But I do understand the joy of tinkering in a planner so I do get it if editing the layout every week doesn't feel like work to you, but something fun. Looking forward to see what you settle with when the year starts :)

I think I chose Papertess because I liked having the Month, week and dailies together. I liked the 100 extra pages in the back for tracking finances and other things. But you are right, it is a lot of weekly set up, and I have decided that I don't want to "waste" one of my daily pages making a 2 page vertical layout each week. Solution (video coming soon) to purchase a sterling ink N2 Vertical Compact planner to use for the vertical weeks along with the Papertess. I plan to put my vertical spreads, my monthly spreads and my running to do list in the Sterling Ink N2 Vertical. It is almost the exact size of my Hobonichi Weeks, so super portable, and will contain what planning information I need when out of the house. I will also put all my health symptom trackers there, so when at the doctor's office I can refer to it.
