Perfect! Thank You for sharing the many ways that you preserve cranberries. It was great seeing how to use the juice steamer in action too. Great presentation 👍🏾

I thought you had to wait on the rings when canning to make sure you had a good seal. Talented hands ❤
@simpleperrydiselife12 күн бұрын
@Grammapama I usually wait 24 hours before removing the ring, but you can tell when they sealed if the seal button is down. Thanks for watching! 🙏

Thank you for the idea. How long does the ground beef store for. Does it have to be refrigerated? Thank you!🫶
@simpleperrydiselife12 күн бұрын
@daysiq.8279 they have to be presure canned, and after that, they are shelfs stable. No refrigeration is needed. I had ground beef stored for two years, and they are perfectly fine. Thanks for watching! 🙏

Today, I woke up very sick. And this is what I ate to heal my body. 1- Started with my fermented honey tea. 2-Ate a fermented pickled cucumber. 3- Had a delicious chicken soup with homemade rustic bread and fermented Sauerkraut. 4- took some vitamins and minerals 5- Sourdough cranberries scones with orange glazed and a cup of cold milk. 6- fermented honey garlic tea before bed.

This is day two of being sick with a very strong virus. To take care of myself I usually .. 1-take a hot shower 2-make a tea out of my fermented honey. The ingredients are Shallots Garlic Ginger Raw Honey and comb Mix everything and let it ferment. To make the tea, I usually add a couple of tbs of fermented Honey, the juice of a lime and hot water. 4- Inhale the tea's vapor/steam under a cloth And rest as much as I can. Im Not a doctor this just works for me.

Hello everyone! For this dominican meatballs, I used 90/10 ground beef. Salt Italian seasoning Powdered garlic Black pepper an egg. And olive oil Sauce 1-Tomato paste 2- sazon liquido. My own garden Marinate (video available), which you can substitute with bullion, diced onions, and sweet peppers. 3-My own chili oil (optional) substitute with pepper flakes 4- My own roasted garlic (substitute with minced garlic) 5- Water (substitute with broth) and salt and pepper to taste. In the last step, just let the meatballs simmer until the water evaporates and you end up with a thick sauce. Adjust salt and pepper to taste And enjoy! Thanks for watching!

Hello everyone! This dish goes really well with mushrooms and onions. Stir frying them before the meat takes this dish to another level. but I have a full-time job and get up at 5:00 am. to cook, so my cooking needs to be very quick and simple. The meat was marinated with salt and pepper the night before. The sauce can be as thick as you desire it. Have a wonderful day!

Hi. The rice was from the day before. I made extra to make fried rice, but the kids wanted something else. If I don't use the rice within the next two days after cooking, I give it to the chickens. Thank you so much. I really appreciate your advice. Have a wonderful evening.

You have almost 2 inch head space in each jar. That's too much. Recommended is only 1/4 inch to prevent food spoilage. You could be deceiving viewers sharing your method which could make someone very ill or worse. This method might work for you but caution should be expressed firmly because one person getting ill is too many. Since this is a new video you should reconsider adding a disclaimer. This is a warning you consider for your future viewers and subscribers if you care. I'm guessing you have deleted other comments that said the same. There is only one comment showing in this section when it says you have 4. If this does not worry you, a lawsuit should concern you if someone gets sick.

Hello there. I understand your concern. This is not a tutorial or how to video. In this channel, I just share (blog) the things I do in my urbanhomestead. To hopefully inspire city dwellers like me to grow their own food and archive a simple living even within city limits. The other comments are from another KZbin friend and my response. But for some reason, not even I can see her comments without looking for them on my computer. Like I said in the video, these preserve don't last long in my house, so I'm not worried about the 2 inches of head space. Have a blessed day and a wonderful weekend.
