something seems off with this knife, "very rusty knife" with no pitting? Blade turned almost around and no cracks in the hardened metal? Maybe I am wrong but it dont look right.

I hate to say that you took a good tool and ruined it, but you did. Those are a form of axe, yet it's called an adz. Used for making kindling small stips of wood to help start fires. Change your method of restoration use a wire wheel on that grinder, not a grinding disk. Don't jerk around for 5 minutes with sand paper. Cold blue and make a proper handle. Do it right, people will watch something with good content with quality work.

It just needs a new handle!! Done it many time myself, if it's in really bad shape I put a new head and handle on it, it's as good as new then!!

That's not how the handles were seated that would break in one swing,the handles were tapered and then a iron splint was driven in the head to lock it in.
