people will complain whenever someone says that clrg is the hardest organization, but it really is. if you ever see our oireachtas parade of champions, or nationals parade of champions, it's just about the same level as the other organization's worlds. like the dancers, i mean they're good, but they aren't like our dancers. and we have more people in our organization which means more competition. just saying...

CLRG has been operating for 50 years now. Many of these open platform orgs are newer and it just takes time to build up a high standard. Still lots of great dancers in all orgs.

HarleyAndCoco I know it’s been a little while from this comment, but I always get mine from Faye’s shoes. They are based in NY though so that might be a stretch, but I recommend researching well before. :)

Love that Irish dancing is so popular.I lived for my dancing back in the day...but I feel it has moved away from the traditional style. So many styles which don’t really fit in with the music....and mainly there is far too much high kicking which looks out of place....

What you need is a rail tunnel continuing under Colbert station through the city centre with a station in the centre, then under the Shannon and into the populated area on the west side. The line from Limerick University should also go underground and follow the Shannon south westward to Doordoyle and Crescent SC. For sure tunneling is expensive. A LUAS type tram system following the same routes overground is also an option and cheaper. There are many heavy old rail lines, but they skirt the outside of the city rather than delivering to the centre.

sounded like a great idea.of course the Cork docklands light railway was thrown out the window by our erstwhile Taoiseach when he was minister for transport.metro -west in Dublin spent years in planning and consuktation and was then put underground whilst the last luas extension in Dublin received good advice to be partly constructed underneath the liffey and trinity college to avoid transport chaos and jams.What happened??????3 guesses.And we now see the result of disastrous planning and shoddy foresight.we are scared of infrastructure in Ireland.Apart from limerick what other city other than Belfast has a decent high rise infrastructure?????Ridiculous.

Most of your comments make sense but Dublin is run by fools as planning by shity council is dire in the docklands they can build high but 90 per cent is low rise yet in old surburbs they build 10 +stories beside 2 stories houses like dolphins barn cork street many buildings in the inner city are derelict for over 50 years like parkgate st as tens of thousands remains without a home .government has failed us
