Hey, I have a Simulation of Injection Moulding exam tomorrow and I was really struggling with creating a runner system. Thankfully I stumbled upon this video. I now understand how to model it for my exam, THANKSSSS

This was exactly what I was looking for, thank you so much! A voiceover would be nice though, as the part towards the end was very slow and I wasn't sure why,

Great content! I have one doubt: for me, the precise match meshing never works. I wonder if this happens because the CAD features must be represented on the interface between the contacts. Is it right?

Dear Prakash, I have a questions on plastic polymers. Currently we use a PC material Sabic Lexan PC940A. the current plastic cracks(brittle cracks) after being assembled and sitting in our warehouse. Before we didn't see this issue but recently this issue has started to become more apparent. What we noticed was that there is more shrinkage in the corners compared to products produced before. Could this difference in the shrinkage of the part affect the brittleness of the part and thus cause the part to crack more easily than before?(as before we never seen these cracks)

Try injecting the part with lower injection rate.. maintain shear rate, shear heating within the recommended limit

Hey Prakash, thanks for the video. I have a question: Can same tool be used for two different material having same shrinkage % . If not, what are the factors.

Great video! So, to summarize, we have a first stage of the injection of the part using the Easy-Flow PP (15%) and then it switches to the second stage using the Hard-Flow PP until it finishes the filling of the part? Is that correct? Many thanks!
