🤣🤣If for some reason your car run out of fuel, or you shut your car off mistakenly, and the update was interrupted and your radio get stuck, don't panic. Just reach for fuse box close to the knee airbag, pull out the radio fuse and put it back in... It resets the radio and it goes back to normal (happened to me). Then continue with your installation... it takes 20mims at most to completely update with CarPlay. Note: After download, open the folder and copy ALL files unto the usb (flash drive). Earlier, I had copied just the 2main files and it didn't work. I had to open the folder then copy every single file in it onto the usb and it updated perfectly with CarPlay installed

My truck has made a similar noise for years when warm but I can only hear it from outside when its in park. Trans has always worked fine but its got 253,000 miles on it. C6 also. About to rebuild it soon when I put my new engine in. I figured it was the trans pump making a slight whine noise but it kind of resonates along the bottom of the truck, could never find anything else under there that could vibrate and make that sound either.

Have a 1995 Trans Am. It fixed it for me! Bless your soul bro haha easy fix

So this didn’t solve my problem but I’m so happy when I find something new that I can eliminate as another possibility. Do you know if the pedal unit inside the car has a rubber switch stopper like other cars? I can’t quite see or bend myself enough under the dash to see for myself

Thought it wouldn’t work🤣 . But now I have CarPlay. Super convenient

It turned out to be a lot of crud in the transmission pan which blocked the oil pump pick-up. The oil pump was starved of oil and thats what made all this noise. After cleaning the pan and changing the filter this issue was resolved, at least temporarily

I like to change both bearing if I’m replacing one if one is going out the outer is pretty close to going out as well better to spend the extra money for the long run

I now have 2 of these at this moment. The first one that I bought was in 2019, and was well used. I bought it from a buddy at church that needed the money, and, I always wanted one. I learned on that one, and have played and played on it. I LOVE IT. Last month, at a flea market, I found one just like it for $60, that appeared to be new, but not in the box. I put it together today. I found a couple of pieces of saw dust in the bottom of the tailstock, so someone must have tried it out once. It's so much nicer than my other one. And all the different accessories that I had bought for my other one, will fit this one. And not one thing is broken or jerry rigged on this new one.

Thank you, my 1st radiator failed at 9 years. 2nd radiator is 20 years old now and cooling fine due to checking for good ground & rinsing w/distilled water between flushes. I think the "cleaner" can be to harsh, so far so good thanks to distilled water.

Was able to update the system, but the app is no longer working. Also, I am able to use car play with apple but not android auto.😢
