I found this, which I hope you find interesting.... "2. Creating new drugs for disorders like Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy An International Space Station study of the crystal structure of a protein associated with Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy (DMD), an incurable genetic disorder, provided hints for compounds that might inhibit it. A professor at the University of Tsukuba in Tsukuba, Japan used those hints to design several promising compounds, including TAS-205. A 2015 study verified the safety of TAS-205 for use in humans, and a small clinical trial in human patients was published in 2017. A Phase 3 trial to examine the effectiveness of TAS-205 in situations similar to actual clinical use began in Dec. 2020 and will continue until 2027. its about £110 per person first class return, cheaper if you book early. i paid standard class but on the way to London i got moved to first class because that was where the wheelchair places were

Disappointing final after the performance against Norwich in the second leg of the semis but Southampton deserved the win. It won't be easy next season (depending how many players we lose over summer) but we're in good hands with Farke. Great video as always James. MOT

Really usefull information! Im also living life, DMD style. I really had big problems with flem a couple of years ago, but it got better when i learned to use the ventilator while eating, but I use the ventilator almost 24/7 nowadays. But sometimes I still have the problem with flem and the health care hasn´t given me any solution other than acetylcysteine, and that produced even more flem. And the CoughAssist isn´t really a solution either. Next time I have a check up, I will suggest to them to maybe have me try Carbocistine, but unfortunately it seems that you can´t get it here in Sweden.
