I love this! It's so nice to know I'm not alone in those feelings. I have a massive tendency to go through phases of being obsessed with breyers and then completely not caring much for them. 😂 It's not so bad but then when I'm back into again I want to buy a heap of models at once that I hadn't paid attention to so that's not fun on my bank account.

I gave up the hobby for a horse. We had twenty five wonderful years together but horses don't live forever. Since I didn't have to heart to replace him I got back into collecting and started customizing. Both experiences have been rewarding and if I had to do it all over again I wouldn't change a thing.

This is very good advice. It’s perfectly healthy to have multiple interests and to shift your attention to other hobbies. The big concern, however, is in experiencing a sudden lack of interest in things you normally love and enjoy; this can be a sign of depression. Also, I agree that you shouldn’t mask or abandon your interests to gain love or popularity. At the end of the day, be you. 💖

DEFINITELY never leave your hobbies for someone you're interested in, or because of anyone else's opinions in general!! This is something I don't see many folks talk about, but it's VERY important and something I wish I'd figured out when I was younger. Very thankful that my boyfriend is extremely supportive of the hobby (he collects legos so he BETTER BE SUPPORTIVE!!!) When you find someone who loves your oddities and supports your hobbies, you'll be 100% happier 😌

Nice haul! I especially like your Susecion and LeFire set. I recently also bought an Atlantis Bey and his color is gorgeous. Loved the LPs as well, I just got Jolene, my first LP since the original release when I was a little girl. I still have to get a swish tail LP.
