That's the result of duping mission "monster" 8 times. Notice how in 1:56:32 the leaderboard screen doesn't dissapear after completing the mission. It's that screen, but without the text

How you can skip missions? You don't passed cesar vialpando mission , you have skipped that missions it's impossible

I don’t like how parts of the video were sped up because it doesn’t give us a real sense of time of how long it took you. Like the part where you ran to the pizza parlour in the second mission and that car horn was beeping way faster than normal, or when you were driving the blue car in the 3rd mission the arrow above the car was going up and down really fast when driving. It’s completed this game many times and notice when things like that are off

What? Those are not sped up. Maybe you are forgetting that the game behaves weirdly on different FPS. The car honking is normal and I heard it myself a lot of times. Running was also normal speed. And if it was sped up, then the timer would be out of sync, which is isn’t. You don’t know much about this game, or you haven’t played a lot.
