Visible and other MVNO's tend to be prioritized lower with their access to towers than the main carrier plans. For instance if you want the best possible speed and reception at all times then you want a plan directly from the carrier and not through an MVNO. This tactic by the carriers is also on full display with their 5G Home Internet plans that T-Mobile and Verizon and I believe AT&T has one now too. I have had T-Mobile's for going on 3 or 4 years now, since it was made available in my area, and I've spoke to their tech support line when trying to troubleshoot my parents gateway unit and the home internet plan, like MVNO's that are using T-Mobile towers, they don't have unrestricted access to their network like T-Mobile proper unlimited plans do where regardless of time or location they get full speed access to any tower in the vicinity.

My wife upgraded from iPhone 8 to iPhone 16 last month, I am in Brad's world my wife somehow thinks Verizon best option, I could get a cheaper carrier.

I’m testing Parallel’s with Windows on my M1 MacBook Pro. OMG! The performance is awesome and it is my favorite Windows machine.

Since Game Pass now includes Gold/Core, that biggest Game Pass growth ever could just be people wanting to play COD online. As for revenue being flat: There's a big factor you didn't mention: Black Ops 6 will have had 16 more days to sell than MW3 did in the same quarter last year. Half a month of additional sales in the holiday season will be millions of units, and that's what is actually the reason for revenue staying flat - had BO6 released on November 10th like MW3 Xbox revenue would be down in Q2. So Xbox is not in a good place. Regarding Surface: I used to love the Pro. But by now it looks outdated, it's way overpriced, the device is essentially bricked after two years of daily use cause the thing is glued together and not repairable at all. I would never buy a Surface again (and I owned Pro 3, Pro 5, Surface Laptop and Surface Go).

24” is the best screen size for displays. I have 3 24” monitors and I’m terrified when one dies because I can’t easily buy 24” 4K displays anymore. They’re no longer being offered on North American shores. 24” 4K 175% scaling makes windows look sooooo good.

Generally, when a company purchases another that has a license from a third party, the license is renegotiated. Nuvia stated that they were working on server chips and that was what the license was for, a relatively small market. Qualcomm buys them and changes the direction to computer chips for phones, tablets and standard computers. Of course ARM wants to renegotiate the license. There IS a big technology element to this. Remember that Nuvia was also sued by Apple for stolen IP. Offhand, I don’t remember the result of that, assuming it is over. Harminy OS is based on Google’s AOSP.
