It wasn´t until the 90´s that the ones who grew up with peanuts realized that the formula could be on any format, the thing that strikes me the most is the cartoon voiceover timing and reations style that Peanuts gave birth to applied to screen acting, for example, I remember Malcolm in the middle first and second season, some of the scenes where dubbed in postprod and it was hilarious, and that is straight Peanuts voice over.

I just found a copy of the VHS Today at a Thrift Store . Brings be back to my childhood before Harry Potter took over .

It's too bad that the film left out both "The Jitterbug" and the extended scene of the Scarecrow's "If I Only Had A Brain". I wonder if there's a "Director's Cut" that shows these scenes (and others that were deleted).
