Thanks for taking the time to try and teach us good sir....I'm new to the hobby just trying to soak in all the knowledge i can. Wish i had have of your understanding. Just ordered an hdzero, hdzero mobula6 freestyle, and a radiomaster boxer...hoping i can get them all binded and wrkin together. 😅😅 so much info to take in, just downloaded betaflight on my android phone as well...pray for me...any other guides Im grateful for as well

@@jdonez8347 this is an older video, the newer versions of theHDzero six race and freestyle all that needs to be done to bind them is to put a binding phrase on the radio, and then put that same buying phrase in the receiver. Tab of beta flight under buying phrase. Should be much easier with these newer models. The analog receivers in this device are the worst I have ever seen, and their performance is very inconsistent. I conducted several tests, such as setting the same channels on all four receivers and comparing them using the same signal source. It is common for one receiver to lose the signal completely while another shows clear video, and this is not due to an antenna issue. In general, they are just rubbish, with lots of distortions and interference, even at very close range. Not a very usable product. I don't recommend it.

I truly feel like, if you can't solder, or at least won't learn to solder for the sheer purpose of improving your self-worth if the hobby isn't enough to be proud for in order to drive you to get better at soldering this hobby most likely IS "NOT" for you.

heres my take on it while the case is great and recycling the foam from the original hdzero box was smart af im proud to say i did the same thing with my foam to protect the lenses i'd be personally too worried when hiking to spots(which sometimes involves scaling fences and jumping etc) that the strap over the goggles isnt securing them enough, for the antenna's and especially for the patch antenna's its absolutely paramount that it remains absolutely solid in place...cant risk the goggles shaking and bending a patch antenna which bends a SMA which bends the PCB (perhaps if you were to place the goggles inside the backpack always analogue module upwards then this case is ok) 3:40 while this strap is a decent enough feature i'd much prefer one that originates out the bottom of the case and envelopes around the goggles securing them tightly to the back of the case, kinda like the screw in clips that people use to attach their drones to the back of their backpacks for walking. thanks for the vid anyway

i much more recommend the "co2CREA Hard Travel Case for Bose SoundLink Flex (2nd Gen)" for an extremely tight and snug fit even with analogue module and truerc patch antenna's (not the truerc x2's tho as they are too tall)

for a long time I was using a 10 inch hawkeye FPV monitor hooked to the original Sharkbyte VRX module for bench stuff. it worked... but it was a mess of cables and each device needed its own power supply. such a pain to set up just to do a little bit of bench tinkering. I'm so glad these options exist now. I try to keep a monitor with me when I fly in public places so i can share what im doing with curious people. I really need to pick up one of the HDzero monitors sometime soon. I was also thinking, it probably wouldn't be too difficult to design and 3D print some kind of adapter for the HDZero monitor to make it work with the emax box goggle frame. not sure how far off the dimensions are. I know echine had/has a similar Modular type box goggle that will also let you take the monitor off. idk... just thinking out loud. nice review!

I've been keeping up with the reviews of this drone and all of them have the same sentiment. Jessie Perkins was very excited about it too. Pretty expensive for a set of HDZero goggles though. Thanks for the review and nice space to fly!

Put up throttle position in osd to find your real mid point and ad just a little bit of throttle expo (just somewhere between 1 and 5) and feel that throttle control increase automatically! Also I highly recommend giving the Gemfan 1219S 31 mm props. They're currently the best you can get!

I got a notification on my phone about this video and was typing in the channel name manually to search for the channel on my computer. I messed-up and typed 'PharPastor.'
