Mine works fine on my series s but my campaign crashes every time since yesterday it worked with no issue until yesterday when it just decided it wasn’t going to load and crashes back to Xbox Home Screen zombies and multiplayer work fine tho I really want dark matter ultra so I’m working on that

Just got done figuring out the issue I had. It turns out I never bought the game, I just had it installed for free and played it during the free access week back in February 2021. What I was seeing was the game with a free access week add on at the bottom after clicking manage game and add ons.

If you’re still having this problem guys make sure to check if your still subscription for Xbox live is good! I failed to pay mine without knowing and after I bought it, it went back to normal!

This happens to my 2K 23. I had to play to buy it and then when I delete it to reinstall it. It just disappeared. And I was so mad that I have to buy it again.

I pre-ordered Cold War cross gen bundle in 2020 and its in my purchase history and the transaction was completed. I played it for a year straight and reinstalled. The Microsoft store says I own it, but when I try to play it the game redirects me to the store again to purchase it. I'm so pissed, and Idk what to do

i own the cross gen bundle on disc for Xbox one its fully installed and worked fine yesterday but now it says too buy the full game digitally on the Xbox store i don't know wat to do i tried reboot system and unplugged from wall and turned back on same deal. but i did notice that its not signing me in with my actaivison account but my Xbox gamertag and i dont know how to fix this issue any help or idea why this is happening would be greatly appreciated thanks also almost forgot my activion id is the email for ps4 and the ps4 version of the game i can comform works fine so no idea wat the heck the problem is???
