Tomatillo is a different plant and fruit then tomato's. This is unripe red tomato's.

This video is not being honest. Basmati rice does not look like that after only 20 min of cooking. And 4 cups of milk does not evaporate in 10 min of low heat to give you a creamy rice pudding. The other ingredients are good though.
