@kathrynclarke781 Yes, this is one artifact of stabilization. If the video is too shaky, then it has to crop video to make it more stable. This can lead to lower video quality.

I blur a car number plate to add music under it, but at the end of it, it happened to be a shot term view picture.... like 5 seconds play, then it ends playing

You can do that by trimming or splitting clips at the position in between which you want blur effect.

In comment section I can see positive comments where people confirm it works. May be you are doing something wrong may be incorrect country selection? Please kill app process or app should not run in background when you start VPN connection. First make successful connection through VPN and then open CapCut app. Obviously you need fast internet, as VPN also slows down.

When I do it there is a rectangle that is blurred in the background but it doesnt shrink when i make the rectangle blur smalledr it just stays in the background. Help!

Please try using the invert mask button if you want the inside of the rectangle to be blurred. Please use keyframes if you want to change the size of the blur.

@andrewvillarvlog6762 Select blur effect layer and then at bottom you will see options. Click on object and there you can select for which video you want blur to be applied. Select overlay video. Next step you select overlay video and then apply mask to blur only masked area so that other area see normal.

You need to select effect and then find the object button, and then you can select for which video you want to apply. To control for how long you want it, you need to trim that effect or video. Then, remove the effect from that trimmed video where you don't want it.

Wow so glad I came across your video otherwise I wouldn't have known about VITA video editor. Getting fedup with Capcut for moving features that were free previously to premium features now. The one I needed the most is the cutout or Background remover feature. Thanks for making this video and hopefully you can make a tutorial or more in depth review on VITA app
