Appreciate the insight. Being apologetic about the religious nature of these activities seems unnecessary. Religion means connecting with and living in relation to the Infinite One. If what yoga teaches has nothing to do with that, then there's no point in becoming a better businessman or family man. Our capacity to connect with Infinity - and to help others do the same - is what it means to be a human being and a community.
