One lady in the group has Graves Disease/Addisons Disease and thyroid cancer All of our diagnosis are different.

Hey there is only 130 in our fb group and you can see everyone in there and the public can't read anything its closed and private. Also can't wait to see your other videos but there are many of Addisons talking together on fbook. Its not a public group only Addy people and family members. Maybe you can get checked and see if you have really one adrenal. I know a couple people in the group who have had there adrenals removed completely. Also many of us face other horrible diagnosis other th. AD

Also I haven't heard of many Addisons that suffer from constipation like me. I do to feel like I have had this since childhood. I never got tan but have red dots. Anyways what has helped you with the constipation. Excited about talking with you. Find me on facebook.

I thought almost all Addisonians had constipation because we can't retain water very well. I haven't heard of red spots before. But the main symptoms most doctors use to make a diagnosis on is the tanned skin and low sodium levels. I don't have the autoimmune antibodies so I think I was born without one adrenal gland, so by the time I was 7 the good one couldn't keep up with my growing body.

I do have quite a few besides this one, but I haven't updated in a while because I've been busy with school and work. I would join your Facebook but I'm not ready to have my addison's info on there yet since my co-workers are on there as well. I have joined a few online support groups on inspire.com. My co-workers don't know I even have a youtube account.

Thanks. I love Pellegrino already. I did drink some along with extra medicine this afternoon because I was depressed and sad and it helped me calm down.

Hi Michelle I have the same problem of you and when i feel tied un the afternoon i drink san pellegrino water and it's helping me a lot. It's a water with sodium,magnésium and potassium. Trust me it Will help you
