If more people did Parker's "easy day" workout, ate a consensus diet, and did consensus supplementation - we would have some doctors, hospitals, and pharm companies going out of business.

Dr. C!!! Great to see two Gator Greats! Short Story about Dr. C: I went to Dr. C about an issue and he addressed it immediately. It made me feel so safe and seen. Dr. C did not play about the safety of Gator Athletes ❤

Great conversation! I especially appreciated EG's comments on learning to be a dad and a husband. I like that he was intentional about figuring it out, instead of using the excuse that he didn't have one. His son and future grandchildren are and will be the fruit of that legacy. I like to think of EG as a Legacy Builder, a father like his heavenly father. Keep up the good work, Ben! Go Gators! 🐊🐊🐊

I am from the same neighborhood as Earnest. Played for the same pop warner - Ft. Myers rebels. It was a guys like Earnest that carried themselves with class to help influence you men like myself not to fall into a life of making bad choices. Got a chance to meet him at practice at Ben Hill back in 2000. He showed nothing but love that day.

I think one problem with UF recruiting in all sports - and I can say this as i have two degrees from UF - is Gainesville and the university campus itself. It’s run down. Gainesville, FL sucks. Kids don’t want that. My daughter is a student there now. Seems like no maintenance has been done to the facilities in 30 years. Athletes want to go to North Carolina, Duke, other ACC schools, other schools with a better campus. South Carolina. Wisconsin. Utah. Michigan. Anywhere!! Any private school that can give a scholarship. Just for the campus environment. Even long distance cross country runners. Football. All sports. Florida ain’t the 90s sports school anymore. I’m talking about the physical campus and Gainesville itself. Who would want to live there when they can live in beautiful places? I was there a lot last year because my daughter is a freshman there. Homeless problem very bad now. Way worse than the 90s. The entire “city” is ugly. There is nothing outside the campus. Also it’s just taken as a given that you are going to get your bike stolen. it’s just kind of a nasty, sad, rundown place frankly . again I can say this. I’m a Gator. UF is about the only university in the country , public or private, that can’t even find one good looking tree on campus to put in its marketing brochures. Compare that to the Duke or North Carolina or basically ANY other campus in the country.

Parker Valby is an unusual person. She has great talent. She is beautiful. But she has the drive to be great. She pushes herself far beyond normal 'get in shape" exercises. You have to admire her mental approach to her running career (and perhaps admire her as a person). I don't know her personally; but it seems that she would have have a great personality to go along with her great drive for running accomplishments.
