Hey man, I did a test today on my virtual machine (Windows) I downloaded using the VMware fusion software , on my Mac. At first the Proctiorio wasn’t starting the cam but eventually it simply stared and I was able to do the test without any problem. But I saw that my cam name was virtual usb cam or something like that. Do you think that there is any risk of getting caught, or even any risk of they being able to se my Mac screen? even though I only had the proctorio on the virtual machine. I’m a little scared because it’s difficult to believe that it’s only gonna record the virtual machine screen and not the actual Mac screen. Wha do you think?

Some people ask wether you can go through your pdfs, the answers is yes, BUTTTT, IT HAS TO BE DONE OUTSIDE THE VIRTUAL MACHINE, i.e your host machine. Next people ask if proctorio can detect that you have a virtual machine, the answers yes but no. Basically, proctorio searches your system for the word virtual. So suppose the name Virtual Webcam, it would detect it. So in order to bypass it, you can edit the names in REGDIT. If you want to know how, just watch KZbin videos on how to make a stealthy VM. Other than that, there's nothing else to say, if you need anything feel free to reply and ill get back to ya.

Awesome! Btw: I tried this as files (=clicking on the index.html in my folder), and that didn't work -> had to do local hosting (used Five Server). When I didn't do local hosting, my browser lit up like a Christmas tree and yelled at me quite meanly: " Security Error: Content at file://[my_folder_location_here]selected=box-2. Uncaught DOMException: The operation is insecure. " so that ^^ was when I tried WITHOUT local hosting. Side note: I think you can write shorter: "let boxes = document.querySelectorAll(".box")" This selects all the elements with class "box".

Important: for those getting "Access denied" or "application has not completed the Google verification process" when selecting your youtube channel from the OAuth2 screen - you need to add your email address as a test user under the "Oauth Consent Screen" tab in the developer console EVEN IF IT'S THE SAME USER AS THE OWNER OF THE PROJECT! Once you do this, you should be able to select your youtube channel from the OAuth screen.
