And terrible mistake using up Ant on guarding Kyrie!! Best case he's gassed the whole game and holds Irving to 15 points. That's not worth the price best case.

Bro they literally did that, they sent double teams, but PJ washington is a very good shooter, and if you send double teams, you either leave the rim open for a Lively/Gafford dunk, or open for PJ washington.

When you feel this the key is to heighten your strength on the light side. Faith is the path to the light side. Faith leads to confidence. Confidence leads to Goodness. Goodness comes from one thing.

Your anger can be used to hurt others though, best way to channel it Just to clarify - i use my anger to hurt other and have become a sociopath

Take that anger and use it to FOCUS. Focus on Faith and Goodness of things yet to come and know that it will happen with a little effort as well. Stay strong in this and let it be your confidence.

what Kobe is saying is that the earlier you wake up the more workouts you get to have throughout the day
@Anthony.117.10 күн бұрын
I don’t really agree with what Kobe said because sleep is very important. Kobe said later in his career that he wished he slept more that’s why he got so injured because his body couldn’t recover.

@FromMyOwnEyes14 күн бұрын
Work on ball handling and your jump shot. Heavy on ball handle and your jumper!!!! Use the things u learned as a big to your advantage as well, so still try to rebound, use your post moves, and still screen different players!
@openanewtoyandplay15 күн бұрын
That is not true. Your body will not function great for the whole 4 hours. Especially if you are working upper body, lower body, and dribbling, and shooting and games within that 4 hour period. That 2 hours here then eat and relax and then 2 hours later on is better, because your body is rested more and you are not constantly breaking down muscle for 4 hours straight. There is a reason why professional athletes are professional athletes, they know what they are doing. And all of them split it up through out the day. The quality of reps are way better when you are not going 4 hours straight. It would be very hard to keep massive muscle doing that. You would end up with a long distance runners body, skinny. Especially if you are not eating anything during that time. Also it is bad on your joints and muscle recovery to go 4 hours straight. I am going to listen and heed to the hall of famers on this one guys.

u looking too specifically at that example, im just saying if you cant find the time to do something super early, find the time to do. but i appreciate the response frfr
@dave393414 күн бұрын
I get watchu mean, but thats why its important to vary your workouts in terms of intensity. If you do an intense leg workout for an hour, you prob shouldn’t try to be as intense when getting in the gym. Just show up, put the work in, and itll pay off.

there are some proven cheaper options who would chase a rebound everywhere shamelessly if his contract depended on it. goga could be a good option... he came to my mind because i remember when he jumped for a rebound and landed on paolo's foot and u had paolo screaming lol. one of the funniest moments of the season here is the clip kzbin.infoCjRsVXf-AAI
