Th set is a solid 8/10 for me the reasons being is that there should be a door separating the top floor apartment from the clock maker shop. It’s kinda rude to have someone walk through the clock shop potentially distracting the clock maker from his delicate work. The second reason is as you put it there is no bed in the top floor apartment of any kind. They could have easily designed a bed to fit In there some where. Besides that it’s a good set and I do love all the details this set has.

What a great and comprehensive review. Love the architectural knowledge that you bring to the table as well. Nice work, keep them up!

Interesting video! I'm wondering if the detective's office isn't meant to be set during the 1920s considering the prohibition era story the set tells.

This video is very well produced and I love how you tied the Real Life™ housing crisis to the one on the LEGO Modular street! It's still early but I predict this video will go viral! 📈

You should've included an analysis of the fashions of the minifigures of each modular.

Really great analysis! I'm impressed! I wonder hoe Assembly Square's Lego fan fits into this. She has the first 3 modulars in her apartment, and a sealed copy of Cafe Corner. So maybe it takes place closer to our day? Haha!

Actually I'd argue the Botique hotel might be a bit of a tricky one since it's clearly meant to be based on a Cuban building, and Cuba kind of has a lot of old fashion stuff.

In archaeology, the dating of a “layer” depends on the most recently dated artifact. Using that methodology, the building with the latest style would be the earliest period.

Welcome to the world of LEGO KZbin! I really like your detailed analysis of the LEGO Modular street! I do think that the 10270 Bookshop was quite popular, though! It had favorable reviews and was extended one year before it retired

Corrections: The Town Hall, Fire Brigade, and Brick Cross Train Station all have construction date commemorations; this does not change the conclusion or eras each set takes place in. In the case of the Fire Brigade it actually takes place around it dated year of 1932. For Brick Cross Train Station, it is dated 1958, but it's architecture does not match the time period; there are two possibilities, 1 it was refurbished, and re-commemorated; 2 it was demolished and rebuilt. Both are possibilities that have occurred in real life. Town Hall had it's correction included in the video The Palace Cinema has an anachronism; the overall design, including the limo, and narrative is correct for the 1930s, but there are green backlit 7 segment displays at the ticket kiosk. These were not available until the 1970s. This is likely an error on Lego's end. Thank you for understanding and watching!
