So you can’t print? What about printing for conversion of SVT or AFIBRVR? What about platform errors?

You can definitely still get a printer. We are just showing how changes built into the 35 can help us make progress in care. This video was around some ways and whys. For Adeonsine, when you tap the Adenosine medication event, it (along with all EVENT stamps) will log 3 seconds before and 3 seconds after the event is stamped. You will get the "snapshot" of the waveform change. You can also hit the generic event (flag icon), giving you a 3-second before and 3-second after snapshot.

Do you have the ability to see what CPR INSIGHT is "seeing" during compressions. If providers were to want to manually visualize that rhythm that LP 35 sees. IE can I see what the LP 35 sees that isnt *compressions*. Hope this makes sense, we're about to go live with our LP 35 soon and trying to work out kinks prior to go live time.

It doesn’t have a filtered view. Here is a video we did elaborating on the CPRinsight. The technology is in all the CR2 AEDs and has been out for over two years. LIFEPAK 35: CPR Insight Review kzbin.info/www/bejne/onSQaYmddq-pha8

Said it in the main feature video, but having a way to see what the monitor thinks is the underlying rhythm before the shock timer would help remove a bit of the black box effect and build clinican trust. Checking the rhythm for yourself before pressing shock always applies ofc, but seeing a feature's reliability in a bit more depth would be great.

Some thoughts >Love the STJ insight and showing the map of contiguous leads in cabrera format (--aVR on an NA-market ECG!). I wish it would show a bit more info about how the glasgow came to its conclusion (Marking/highlighting the J-Point on the ECG perhaps). Computer interpretations are widely untrusted by clinicians because it seems to all occur in a black box where you put in electrodes and it spits out words. Making it a bit more transparent would help, and would be a great learning tool for developing BLS clinicians as they approach their next steps to clinical advancement. And I guess for reminding the uh... bottom rung of clinicians that they need to actually know stuff haha. >There should be a visualization of what the LP thinks is the underlying rhythm for CPR insight. Again, that black box effect doesn't engender trust if the clinician can't see how it came to its conclusion >The on-screen button for 12 lead should be bigger >12 lead preview should have come with the 15 at some point since every other monitor since has had it, but I'm at least glad it has it now. On-screen calipers is just _chef's kiss_ >Optional printer is kinda lame but I understand it since they're no longer making separate defibrillators aimed at hospital and prehospital users, and the printer is unnecessary in a modern hospital setting Something you didn't show: Holy cow this thing can show so many waveforms at once. Massive improvement from the 3 waveforms that the lifepak has been stuck with since 1998

Here is a great document outlining what Glasgow correlates to and what the interpretive analysis means in relation to the demographics and findings. It’s also a good review with crew to show why age/sex entry are so important if you want a good analysis. www.stryker.com/content/dam/stryker/ems/resources/clinical-information/glasgow_program_clinical_overview.pdf I agree about the printer but once I saw how crisp the image is it sends to the iPad (transmit-select unit device ie Medic 1 iPad) the paper is so 90s. I’ll try and get an image and add it to the thread. With the CPR insight rhythm I can definitely see your point. Nothing says you can’t take a quick peek. My take is if the end tidal hasn’t uptrend at all and you’ve stayed on trend then what is the likelihood of a perfusing rhythm. The outlier being VT.

@@Lifelineemstraining RE Printer, we run Tempus at my work and I agree that I've basically stopped taking pics of paper ECGs for my documentation at this point. That said, having paper copies for the hospital is good, especially if you have to transport to an atypical destination (which for roaming services in big metro areas may be the norm), and because if you have a clinically significant finding, the hard copy draws attention to itself

We just put these in service on our units. They can't upload vitals or strips to ESO. You have to put your vitals in manually. That majorly blows goats. We are all putting in tech support requests to ESO to light a fire under them also. Also, the NIBP functionality is problematic in a moving ambulance. We kicked our Zoll X series to the curb for these. I'm not a Zoll guy, but they at least did all this stuff.

Quality is key. Medtronic makes the best most reliable. They’re close circuit and bilateral nare monitoring. There are some cheap ones out on the market that deliver oxygen in one no stores and sample in the other. That leads to mismatched environments and inaccurate values. Some have luer lock tubing mid line that make them susceptible to leaking or drawing in atmospheric air after the patient uptake.

Not medical grade (or it would cost 3x more), just a marker that lets you write what you need when you need it like notes, vitals, time, etc on clothing, skin, bark.

#1 Carbon monoxide poisoning, maybe allergic reaction to whatever is in the CBD gummy but I am leaning towards #1. I would want to know how long she was in the complex and if she was in an area where she could have been exposed to exhaust fumes, also if she feels nauseous or if she has vomited. Spo2 may be off due to CO2.

What had he been doing previously in the day? Was he out in the heat - temperature outside? Has this ever happened before? Hx of seizures? Hx of head injury? recent falls? Does he take any over the counter meds or use any drugs? How do his lungs sound? top 5 diff: Head injury, PE, stroke, too much ETOH, maybe taking ASA bc he was feeling poorly - tossing him over the edge of hypocarpnia.
