Obviously this is subjective. But for example if I was a first time buyer I would love the style of kitchen, how well the property is configured and privacy of the back garden.

Well, it’s okay. Pretty mediocre to be honest and not seeing anything to justify that price tag. Except a view you don’t own and which could turn into a housing estate or mall if the owner decided to sell it. It’s certainly not stunning.

Two things which always bother me. First, being surrounded by countryside. If the owner decides to sell the land to developers at some point your views could turn into a housing estate or supermarket. And two, a staircase coming up from kitchen or living room. I just see a fire hazard. If a fire was to break out downstairs in the middle of the night with no doors to stop it rushing up the stairs….

Good morning thank you for your comments. We understand your points about the countryside. Firstly, why not enjoy it whilst it’s there and there are no guarantees. Furthermore, whilst you can never say never the land is green belt. I am also confident there will never be a supermarket there as the traffic density is very low.

looks like a nice home, however the camera moves far too fast and actually made my queasy and almost like i was going to be sick. should slow it down for a much better presentation.
