Hey everyone, some LORE for this video: 1. I always wanted to make an audio visualizer. But I didn't find any that would work for anything bigger than 50MB in size. After more in depth research, I found something that worked for me. Unfortunately it isn't in 60fps, because it brought my PC to its knees. 2. My PC crashed during hours of rendering like... 3 times. You see some artifacts from time to time, but that was my PC struggeling haha 3. I made some upgrades on my PC, and could've reuploaded it, but I had to resolve some false copyright claims. Which are suprisingly all resolved... for now. I always found it rather boring how some folks just tape songs together, add a static jpeg and call it a day. So I wanted to make something in that direction, but better. Also... NO MIDROLLS during the over 2h of Nintendo Music! I hope you enjoy this one :)

The secret stones are actually explained by Mineru as "gifts from the Gods", but the way it talks about them is vague and quickly brushed aside. Recently in the Masterworks book it was discussed that the Zonai appeared around the same time as the creation of the universe at the hands of the Golden Goddesses, and that in addition to leaving behind the Triforce for the Hylia and the Hylians, they left behind the Secret Stones too the Zonai. It's not that this isn't communicated in the game, but that they fail to convey the importance and power of the stones. The quote that tells of the stones goes like this: "Long ago my people came down from the heavens to the surface, it is said they were descended from gods. They bore treasures from these same gods---secret stones, capable of amplifying the abilities of those who possessed them." This explanation is far too vague. The language and concepts certainly can be connected to previously established lore, but it still leaves a lot of questions. And most importantly it doesn't highlight the importance of the sacred stones all that well, these are GIFTS FROM THE GODDESSES THAT CREATED THE PLANET, they have power equal to that of the Triforce, and yet the most we get of them is that they are capable of amplifying the wielders power. What they should have said is something more like: "My people, the Zonai, came down from the Heavens in the early eras of surface world civilization. Our people were the children of the Goddesses who created this world, and when they departed from this plain of existence, they left us with parting gifts---sacred stones of immeasurable power, capable of amplifying the wielders innate abilities to an extraordinary degree. With these sacred stones we were able to bend the very laws of nature to our whim as the Goddesses once did, allowing us to create incredible technologies and our society in the sky." This rework adds further context on the "gods" that the Zonai are descended from, lets us know around how early the Zonai actually came down from the sky to the surface, and also lets us know the power the secret stones are capable of. A few lines of dialogue and some tweaked phrasing makes a big difference. I don't know if it's as vague in the original japanese as it was in english, but regardless I feel this rephrasing helps a ton.

19:24 it took me 5 playthroughs to get Sallivus quest correct and obtain the magical scorpion charm because I always did something wrong that fucked it up. Talked to NPC X after accepting the quest? It's over. Killed Boss X after accepting the Quest? It's over. Very frustrating indeed.

Might be a hot take, but I definitely feel like Pokemon Legends: ZA could be a launch title, given it's coming out next year too. No real release date yet, but given both are confirmed to release next year, I wouldn't put it past Nintendo to lead with Pokemon as a system seller, as well as some other titles. Especially after how well received Legends: Arceus was, and how much of a system seller Pokemon has always been in the past; many fans would be willing to drop the cash for it. I also could see Metroid Prime 4 being apart of that launch line up too, or at least come out a couple of months afterwards, like Mario did with the Switch. I really do hope they consider making the Switch 2 backwards compatible with the Switch...it wouldn't really make sense if they didn't.

Hello folks! :) This is my very first tribute to a game not related to Nintendo! Once again, it's the culmination of my editing journey, and I hope I’ve done the game justice. It's honestly one of the greatest games I've ever played, and I’m excited to finally dive into the FROM SOFTWARE library. Originally, this video was planned as the 4th of the 5 videos intended for the 5K subs content week, which is no longer happening. However, the video for next week is already done and will be releasing one week earlier on Patreon (tomorrow). I hope you enjoyed the montage! Thank you for being here c: Btw, part of the inspiration for the final part came from my own intro scene that I did for my Elden Ring finale stream.
