Judgment is an observation + opinion on hypothetical outcome. Real friends will judge you in order to better you. And if you are a real friend back, then you should listen to them. If you aren't their friend then ignore them. If they don't desire to better you with their Judgment, ignore them. But don't ignore judgment just because you don't like it. Medicine doesn't taste good, but you still need it. If your friend says "whoa, I don't like the path you are going down. Maybe you should turn back" don't out right reject them, hear and evaluate. I’v experienced those feelings , and all you stated is true . We remember in intervals , but experience it never ends none the less. Each day existing at first with the one idea that you love your other members of your family . And must stay strong .Believe it or not , it becomes easier to cope with , but you will always remember and cherish those moments of happiness and learn to smile all over again .
