Mine is stuck. Please help. What do I do? I just finished frying and I'm trying to remove the inner basket. Keep pressing the button but it doesn't let go.

@@AbbyVarietiesTVI did that. I've been doing that for hours. My thumbs are in pain from pushing the basket release button and pulling. I tried soaking the basket in warm water before washing but it still didn't release the basket. The airfryer is new. I bought it today. I was able to separate the basket to rinse it before I made dinner. It became stuck when I tried to clean the fryer after dinner. I don't know what's going on. I couldn't reach all the grease at the bottom of the pan because the basket isn't seperating. The rest of the fryer works perfectly. Just the basket. I don't know if I should return it to the store in the morning or take a screwdriver to the basket.

@@AbbyVarietiesTV Oh so sorry! We're taking the basket back to the store today so they can either fix the problem or replace the basket. I already but the fryer back in the packaging. I bought it yesterday so it's too new to be stuck. Thank you so much! I'll let you know how it goes.

It can last for a long time, just keep it in the fridge and microwave the ones you wanna eat then you're good to go

I have the exact same air fryer. How do you detach the baskets 😳 I can’t, tried a couple of times thought would break them so left as it is and wash them together how they are attached !

I had bought my sister the same model just a few days ago, but this one was older, Anyway, I was trying to force it open, as it needed a clean, and I couldn't figure out the mechanism.
