I like a lot "le quatrro stagioni", but I prefer "la notte", the best play of Vivaldi.

Wundervolle Instrumentalversion ohne das übliche Gesinge was von Interpretin zu Interpretin variiert und oft eher weniger schön klingt. Es ist schlicht eine traumhaft schöne Melodie.

Incredible performance full of harmony, dynamics and transparency. Director Claude Sautet and his composer Philippe Sarde used Vivaldis "La notte" for the wedding scene in the 1970 film "Les choses de la vie".

Whenever I hear that music it reminds me Oblomov.. Ilya Ilyich and his little world. His love, dreams and heart breakings. Too much emotional and strong. Makes me cry everytime :).
