I’ve enjoyed watching you paint. I’m just a beginner at 69, please don’t laugh. I’ve always wanted to paint for years, but never had the money to be able to take classes or to,purchase the essentials. A friend of my husband was a real good acrylic painter and can’t now because of diabetes. He gave me all he had left, I was very grateful and it got me started finely. I want to make a ballerina for my daughter who is struggling real bad with her health. I know she would love a painting like this , so I’m going to try my best. Thank you for the step by step instructions. ❤❤❤❤❤❤

I have no clue why but when k mix the yellow red and blue it keeps making green! Mabey I’m putting to much yellow than red I’m not sure but it’s very frustrating
@paintandpinotinperth7868Ай бұрын
@@zellanutellaa It often depends on the quality of the pigment you’re using. In this case I would stick by the rules that the darker the colour, the more dominant it is. So to make brown, start with orange and add a hint of blue. Good luck!

This may seem like a silly question or comment. Isn't your paint sticking to the gesso and not the canvas?

Glad I found your video! I like to splash water droplets over the paint before it dries, wait a minute, then dab the water off and it leaves the pattern behind. Also, using heavy body paint in a thicker application and then using a comb to brush through the paint makes really gorgeous, tightly spaced lines in the paint, I love this technique because there are so many types of combs you can experiment with 😊
