It’s all about the phrasing….and the dynamics. Absolutely perfect rendition of this marvellous piece that of course can be played in many different ways. It’s my favourite. It sounds beautiful and it just sings on a Steinway.

Great performance, thanks for sharing. I have almost learned this piece, but wonder what could be proved crucial in the proper interpretation of it. Any words of wisdom?
@miharencelj8 ай бұрын
Thank You @zimamup, play with your emotions but not over-emotional or pathetic, do not damage Chopin's music with puting the technical aspect in the first place. He was called a poet at the piano, so play it like you would speak poetry.
@zimamup8 ай бұрын
@@miharencelj That's certainly an accurate way of explaining the nature of the Chopin's music and the way it should be played. As I understand your comment, a measured approach is highly advisable here. I'll have your words in mind. Many best regards.

Why is this piece played in "Lento" instead of the "Moderato" specified by the composer? It sounds a bit boring. Tchaikovsky has composed this piece for children!
@miharencelj Жыл бұрын
It's supposed to be lento specified by composer. And I feel it gives some depth to the song. I just don't feel it if i do it faster.
