You are doing God's work, Sir! Teach the beautiful women of America how to defend themselves against the creeps we unfortunately have to call members of our society. Keep up the good work, Young lady 🥊💢

Solid vid. Here's a question: I have long arms. If I'm at proper range for my 1-2, my 3 suffers and feels like a slap. If I'm in range for my 3, my 1-2 are stuffed a bit. What's your solution?
@fitcaveboxingllc
@fitcaveboxingllc 3 ай бұрын
Hey, I appreciate you asking. Managing the correct distance can be tough on the bag. You can try closing distance by stepping with the 1,2 in order to set up an inside punch, such as a 3. Now if you’re already starting at inside distance, your straight punches are going to be a bit smothered on the bag. I would suggest after an inside punch like a 3, pivot out or use the jab back to create distance for your 1,2 again.

@@fitcaveboxingllc Ah appreciate that. I like the throwing a 1 after the 3 as a reset. Will incorporate asap. Yeah, throwing a hook off a 1-2 feels a lot more natural on pads or sparring. Thanks again for the tips!

Thank you and that’s completely normal, especially when first starting out. It takes a lot of time and practice to create that muscle memory and get to the point where you feel as comfortable as you possibly can. As you start to move and punch more, things will come together. Keep practicing!
