this is total garbage, you rinse, clean, and THEN stone the seal surfaces and wipe with cloth? why? to leave abrasives in? where are new bearings? where is insulation testing? testing for shorts initially is not nearly enough to assess the condition of winding insulation in other words - you took a working compressor, took apart, and put back together - that is not a repair and ffs, get a torx screwdriver set, don't show some horribly welded together tools you use

Having worked on an assembly and sub assembly line for a Fortune 500 company 40 years ago while in college. That’s too much time for 3 assembled units. No fatigue mats, no safety glasses, no station instructions, no stacked assembly parts, no fatigue wrist holders, minimal lighting, gaskets slide vs drop in place, engineered with too many components, final sub assembly must go immediately to final production…stuff learned 40 years ago. Border towns in Mexico have better assembly factories

Я бы купил такой мотор. Но в России или других странах восточной Европы, цена на ваш мотор возрастает в 2, в 3 раза. Почему бы вам не продавать у нас моторы и мотоциклы напрямую без посредников, которые прибавляют проценты к цене ?

По стандарту зажимные аккумуляторные "крокодилы" должны быть из меди. Ведь зажимы из простого металла снижают характеристики проводящего тока.

This dude built the entire pushrod single engine in less than 10mins... OK there are some edits on the video but basically, it can be done quickly. Now, the reason why I`m here is for 2 reasons. 1. My mechanic took more than 2 weeks to overhaul my Keeway Superlight 200 even if parts have been on hand for days now. I mean, watching this video gives me the idea that it doesnt have to take that long to renew this type of engine. 2. To gain knowledge so that I could do it myself. These mechanics around town are truly skilled, but horrible towards customers. More than half a month for this? Come on now, Doug!

Baru saja saya perbaiki compressor kulkas 2 pintu 1/5 hp, problemnya as rotor goblak ( aus ) sehingga setiap mau start tdk bisa karena rotor nya menggeser ke startor, kemudian secara iseng2 rotor nya saya bubut sedikit sekitar 0,03 mm, dan saya pasang kembali startor nya alhamdulilah berhasil , tapi saya beri starting cappasitor dan runing cappssitor agar lebih aman ketika awal start.
