I totally disagree. The noise cancelation is very good on this headset. Im a professional driver, and i can be standing next to my diesel with the engine running while on a call,and the other party does not hear anything but my voice. I do get you look like a helicopter pilot while wearing them,but the noise cancelation is fantastic.

This might be late for you but I had the same product... unfortunately 'Media' is the counterfeit version of the Logitech K400 Plus... I've returned mine as the this version doesn't even allow you to pair with the Logi option+ App. That's how I've realized that the product I've received was not authentic. The authentic ones had better touchpad experience and connectivity. cheers!

Absolute horrible quality control and from the time they are finished to when they are shipped is outrageous. rivets fall off and button fly buttons do not always match up to the button holes. the 36 inch inseams and not being able to have them hemmed is seriously a downfall, every other selvedge company will hem for a cost. I also have not seen any jeans for less than 100. shirts are garbage seams fall apart and long sleeve shirts are way too tight. They told me they are supposed to fit tight lol. sizing is different because they use different companies to build their products. so they get the cheapest company to build them and we all know you get what you pay for. Levis, lee, brave star, naked and famous, railcar, taylor stitch are just a few jeans made in house with much better quality and can get different hem sizes. Gustin sizing varies from product to product. Gustin is the Walmart of clothing. I wouldn't waste my money, the aggravation is not worth it.

The subwoofer volume only shows low, medium, and hign on the soundbar, unless you have tge subwoofer connected. Then it will go up and down like you expect it to.
