Start garlic after butter is melted to give more time for aromatics and for it to infuse. Been a chef for 15 years and in my early stages as a line cook about 20 years ago I use to get yelled at for not doing that.

Pizza looked uncooked for me. The lasagne looked pretty cheap and nasty - can pick-up something like that from Iceland for £1.00. Overall, cheap and nasty dishes. I'm all for cheap dishes but they need to look and taste appetising!

It's a baked (without sauce) layered lasagna, chilled and then sliced cross-grain. Looks dry and flavorless.
