PCV hose. Positive Crankcase ventilator valve.

@@joshuagreen7352 I tried as I just wanted toe remove the airbag panel in this video. You have to remove the whole dash... That's the only way I could get to it. If there is someone else that knows I will he eager to listen.

Keep the wrench in the undo position, so when you turn the tool to cut the wire, it tights further the loops. Also instead of the front hole, install a small rod, to constrain better the wire near the edge.

Yes you should be ok with BOSCH aftermarket coil and ignition leads.

Any reputable break and clutch shop. It may be that the rear brakes are worn. That puts slack in the park break cable as the park break only actuates the rear brakes. The slack has to be taken out of the cable if the tear brake shoes are not replaced. It's easy. A 10mm spanner is used to tighten the cables after removing the leather boot around the park brake handle.

I honestly cannot remember the sequence. 3mm, 5mm, 8mm, 10mm, 12mm. If you follow along I give the exact lengths and diameters to make a short bull whip. Just adapt the lengths for a longer whip.

Thanks for these videos... EC has a gap in having quality mechanics... Im lucky to be driving this beast. Recently it was mixing or on the genesis of it. The fortune part is that i saw in time, sad part i took it to the wrong hands that left milky reduce on the engine top cover. 2. Also struggling with the car losing power, and stalling, eventually stopped (cranks with no luck of starting). Im thinking of changing the coil pack and plugs myself

Coil pack and plugs is easy to do yourself. Just make sure you don't swop leads.

On the concentric slave cylinder there is 2 ports. One is the hydraulic input. 2nd is the bleed valve. You will need 2people. Depress the clutch. Pedal. Open the bleed valve to release pressure. Close bleed valve. Release clutch pedal. Depress clutch pedal. Release bleed valve. Close bleed valve release clutch pedal. Repeat till all air is removed.

Thank you very much for this video I am doing my timing chain, cv joints axal completely new, my Bandam is making a rumbling noise when she starts up, so I hope by replacing the timing chain and components with the oil pump that that should be gone otherwise it's in the head, but I don't hope so. Any Ideas it sounds like the oil is priming for the first couple of seconds, MY 1600 Bantam has 300 000 km on the clock and.

The last time i took out the gearbox to remove the sump i decided enough is enough. I drilled 2 holes in the bell housing exactly under the 2 bolts and use a small ratchet and extension to remove the 2 bolts. Worked like a charm for me.

Probably overfill. There should not be pressure in the gearbox. and there is no way any oil can leak into it.

Should be yes. one cylinder at a time. Feed a piece of rope into the cylinder through the spark plug hole. Hand crank to compress the rope in the cylinder. This will prevent the valve from dropping into the cylinder when you take out the valve spring.

Got excessive pressure in the coolant reservoir. Plus sputtering and uneven idle. Did you replace the temp sensor? the aftermarket ones are different from OEM. You can take the head to any reputable engineering shop that specializes in it.

Bad water pump will lead to overheating that will lead to a blown head gasket.

interesting did you test the etc switch on the thermostat housing because oem is no longer manufactured at ford ? please bear in mind cold reading on ohm meter of the ect swtich cold is supposed to be 5 kilo ohms and just above 2 hot?

This explains a lot. Had a previous issue where the replacement sensor(aftermarket) was "faulty" out of the box. Thank you very much for pointing this out. This is why I love this platform.

fiesta runs on a duratec motor with a cambelt. rocam is a rollerbearing camshaft as the name implies and runs on a camchain. Yes most of the non-OEM parts are no longer manufactured meaning you have to be careful when purchasing after market parts. epecially the ECT Switch as their ratings are totally incorrected on kilo ohms

AutoZone or midas will be able to supply you. A Normal boot wil probably not work.
