Yeah bit of both, some people love it, especially if the carp have been seasoned and bled properly, but eating it alone I wouldn’t recommend 😂

Yeah I wouldn’t do it this way again either unless I was hungry enough 😂😅 If I was to try it again it would definitely be with plenty of herbs and spices.
