According to a lot of Seattle grunge Bands who've said that The Scientists were a major influence on them and the whole grunge scene, I'd say The Scientists were a very important Rock band. One of the best gigs I went to in 1983 was The Scientists and The Celibate Rifles at Bryant's Manly Vale.

This is the best version of this song 🏴‍☠️

This song absolutely deserves a remastering to bring out that violin a bit more to the foreground along with the guitar. The point being to convey the intended feeling and delicate mood of this beautifully tragic song.
