You use the Herbert/Pickett comparison to say that wins should not be a QB stat? But you did this right after the segment talking about how the Patriot Way needs Tom Brady to work, all while not acknowledging what other facets of that way aren't currently there. There was a period of _years_ during which Patriots equipment handlers were texting "time to deflate the balls" the way that guy in the commercial used to say "time to make the donuts" that the Patriots had fewer TOs than individual _players!_ Strangely, this period ended right after deflate-gate became known about. What A Coincidence. There are videos showing that Brady still can read defenses both before & after snaps. Guess those meeting poring over the illegal tapes paid off. _Obviously_ I'm never gonna let these drop.

I like how every NFL end zone & helmet has "End Racism" written on 'em but no one will even _LOOK AT_ the one NFL player who ever made any move to actually work toward this. American culture is _SO_ hypocritical on every level, but it's hard to find an illustration of it this obvious. _NONE_ of the teams needing even just average QB will return Colin Kaepernick's calls. Check out the Steelers' YAC. Pickett may be worse than you realize. Then again, now that the guy with the made-up-sounding name is gone, maybe the whole team will play better. But there are _SO_ many asides here. Pickett was Dead Last against zone defense all last year. Yet he has all those come-from-behind wins. Yet Canada actually said out loud that this offense isn't the kind of one that can do that. He said that _out loud_ & continued to be employed for weeks. _How??_ Andy Reid's hatred of good/diva WRs has finally caught up to him. The Chiefs have 26 drops this season & Kelce is now *visibly* past his prime. Oh, & I'm tired of Reid being credited for coaching greatness we don't even know he has. The play- _calling_ has suffered going from Bienemy to Nagy. But the _credit_ for Bienemy went to Reid. I am not surprised but no one else seems to want to acknowledge this. Kyler Murray: people don't realize that for his whole career, Tom Brady' "greatness" came from being able to play like a high school QB out of his depth for 3 quarters, then come back & look great when everyone else is exhausted. (Of course, having an HC who knows what the defensive play-calls are & where to send the check-downs as well as great o-line protection & deflating balls to reduce turnovers helped a ton). Murray is starting to do what Fields & Jackson have both been doing for a year, tire out in the 2nd half. It doesn't help that he has little to work with. But the TE is really gettin' good, eh? Their best bet for the draft is the Titans who seem to have replaced their past GM with a clone of him trading up & offering too much while still allowing the Cardinals to pick high this draft. The Falcons may do the same. The Saints are Too Stupid to. Same with the Raiders.

I'm guessing that this & the Zach Wilson segments are excerpts from the podcasts I'd missed because the Yt algorithm doesn't seem to want to help smaller content creators? Yeah, Fields is pretty much worthless now. I'd be even more surprised if anyone trades for him than Claypool. Found other videos on him & comparing Stroud & Young made by someone with a VERY good eye for detail. I'd been defending Fields because I thought he was bored to tears with the play-calling at the beginning of '22 (which was the first I'd seen of him) then seeing Frank Reich stupidly call for long to develop routes while not also calling for additional blocking from WRs, TEs etc made me think "That's what the _Bears_ coaches do. *That's why Fields stares down the field in disbelief when he finds an open receiver there!" Maybe? Because he runs from the pressure to find the receivers were sent on long routes on plays the coaches don't call for added protection? But no: the video shows that he stares period, no matter the situation. I half-joked in the past that this was due to his anti-seizure meds because if it was a New Behavior, wouldn't the coaches at least *acknowledge* that there may be a problem? Not necessarily. Most incompetent people are 100% aware of their incompetence. One strategy for not calling attention to it is to pretend nothing's wrong, ever. I don't know when Fields *started* exhibiting this behavior, but the fact that I can also find videos showing basic things wrong with these coaches' play-calling, along with how they never mention _or deal with_ any problems leads me to believe that it's a lot of both: Fields _AND_ 'Flus & Getsy are all terrible. I wonder what's gonna happen? The problems with incompetence is that it never admits itself. Poles hung on to Claypool WAY too long because he thought of him as His Choice. Same with Fields? Best case scenario they either draft a new potential franchise QB _OR_ fire Getsy & Co. "Flus & Poles are friends who see eye to eye, or at least 'Flus has made Poles think so... 🤨 That's another strategy of incompetent people. They attach themselves to others in ways that makes holding them complicit be equal to accusing yourself. I foresee the Bears choosing the Worst Option, trading for a wad of picks & sticking with this team of Fields, Getsy & 'Flus.

I'd feel better about the Lions if only they had any real competition on their schedule. I don't even feel that the Ravens will be that. They're playing like they're on a cruise. The announcers said Tucker was making FGs in practice on the field before the game from 10 yards further than the one he missed in the 4th quarter. Then he stood next to Harbaugh's decision not to try him in OT. But _no one_ looks *worried* on offense. The D is playing their hearts out. Similar to the Seahawks, eh? Not as bad as last season, but we're seeing a _LOT_ of teams under-perform. Payton is calling plays suited to Drew Brees that don't work at all for Russ, then when this causes things to go wrong blames Russ. The only thing keeping this looking like an intentional tank was the comeback - against the Bears who also look to be tanking intentionally. I keep feeling that Arthur Smith is quite the clown. He had the same problems all last season with a different QB. If it quacks like a duck... I think he's one of those guys that knows that "this route means pass to that receiver" but forgets it isn't Matt Ryan in there & that Ridder doesn't know this yet, but Smith forgets to tell him. Repeatedly. & makes it Ridder's fault.

Some people lose their minds just from the switch to DST & back. So the Bills are likely still reeling from being expected to play in a different time zone, then going back. They'll be fine. The Lions have two real & one semi-challenge left on their schedule or vice versa since we're never sure which Ravens team is gonna show up. I wish they got the Browns instead. _That_ would show us what the Lions can do. In the meantime even if they lose to the Chargers, Cowboys or Baltimore, or even all 3, look at that schedule. Those will be their _only_ losses. So maximum four on the year. The Eagles on the other hand... don't know wtf is wrong with Hurts but I'm suspecting he's eating something he doesn't realize he's allergic to, or he's getting horse hormones along with the horse-steroids I'm making up that he takes for this theory only because he's _so_ skittish. I feel like you should have _known_ that Meyers would do better anywhere but N.E. The Patriots are like the Montréal Canadiens. The public is so defense-minded that coaches can't coach any other type of team. Many an offensive star has had their career #s tank there. All saw their #s return upon leaving. That's what the Patriots are, an offensive sink-hole.

Actually, I think I figured out what's wrong in CHI. I have a new theory. No one's gonna like it. Now that Bagent has played a few snaps & people have studied it though, this is looking correct. On 'Stick' the deeper receiver is supposed to draw defenders away & the QB is supposed to toss to one of the shallower receivers. Bagent didn't know this. ...because *Getsy & Co. don't know this.* They don't know anything in fact. This is what we're seeing everywhere on this offense. The o-linesmen have No Design for any non-direct attack by any d-line. They Do Not Adjust to extra rushers &/or double-block but let someone through. It literally looks like what would happen if 12-year-old kids tricked their way into the NFL & are trying to keep the charade up by remembering the Correct Terms & names for plays but don't understand _how_ those plays are supposed to work. Fields doesn't know when to throw in anticipation because *they* don't understand that the plays they're calling _require_ that he throw with anticipation. That's why he stares around. Everything he sees he realizes he should have seen before, only he's going through his reads the Way They Tell Him To & is seeing everything too late! Bagent's style is simply different, gets rid of the ball a.s.a.p. But that he doesn't really know who he _should be_ throwing to shows that there is clearly no such knowledge being taught to them. How long does it take to teach a QB why not to throw to the deep receiver on 'Stick?' Four seconds? Getsy & Co. don't _have_ four seconds? Or do They Themselves not know anything more about the plays they are calling than what they're called? This is sad. Really sad. Moore does better because he has experience & is doing extra things that these coaches do not have the ability to teach.
@choosecarefully408
@choosecarefully408 Жыл бұрын
Careful: the Hawks did so well against the Giants because they studied 'em & someone noticed that Jones stares down his first read. I don't think that Burreaux (how it was spelled before he changed it) has the same flaw. So there's one major factor removed. No one can predict the Bears _or_ Vikings, but yeah, without JJ it's the Bears' game to lose. As an aside, the Broncos are rumored to want to start trading. Jeudy is one of The Best at gaining separation & this is what Fields loves about Moore. The problem is that I don't think that anyone on the Bears, Poles included are any good at assessing quality of players or how they fit their scheme. Claypool. Poles likes a certain physical _type_ of defender & drafts more according to that. Yeah, of _course_ the play-calling sucks under the guy who could not be overridden by the OC. D'uh. Jerry got fooled on that. Here's the thing though: if McCarthy loses to Moore, then he may never work in the NFL again. Too bad for the majority of teams, especially the ones in his division. "Can Staley resist making stupid in-game decisions?" No. Otherwise I'd definitely pick the Chargers. _LOVED_ the lion-tamer/Baker joke. Sad to think that the Bucs are pretty much the last serious challenge left on the Lions' schedule this year. Also I predict Minschew's mind wanders & at least once, he forgets which team he's on & throws a terrible pick.

We could have a sadness theme for this week. There were at least four really sad games. 1) Eagles/Rams. Stafford is playing his heart out & they got unlucky against the Bengals, & now they run into the Eagles the First Game that they play like last year's Dominant Force. 2) Bengals/Cardinals. Just_ as it looks like the Cardinals can beat a Really Good team, same like the Eagles, the Bengals rediscover their True Form. 3) Ravens/Steelers. 7 dropped passes doesn't seem like a Huge Amount except that they were all easily-caught long ones replaced by nothing at all. (& word is that it all mattered because on that TD pass to Pickens, Pickett called an audible. This is why in the footage of everyone else on the staff celebrating, Matt Canada looks angry instead. The little boy's ego is gonna come down hard on Kenny. _Why_ is he still employed? How much dirt can he *possibly have* on Steelers ownership)? 4) The Bills. *All* those injuries & the loss in the game were 100% due to jet-lag. Great Players getting injured so the league can make a few extra $. ♪ It's the Ameri-can ♫ Waaayyyyy... They slammed Miami just when Miami looked like The Best Team in the league & then this happens. They may have lost their Big Chance just because of marketing. Nothing else but stupid marketing.

Damn, Yt is _NOT_ alerting me when you drop these, I'm always seeing them late. Anyhow, as a Cardinals fan, tell me if I'm wrong; They should have released Josh Dobbs jerseys immediately. *This right here* is great content. A few things not seen by most other channels, a few good observations, not getting bogged down like a whiner whose identity depends on any one player or team living up to fantasy expectations. While what you say about the Eagles is exactly right (Hurts in particular ha not looked comfortable in the pocket yet) what you said about Burrow & Chase is _important_ & correct. It was a _HUGE mistake_ to put him in for exactly the reason you stated, especially Week One. Am I the only one who feels this was ownership's hand in forcing Zach Taylor to start him? I hate guaranteed $ contracts & knew this would result in exactly things like this. "We ain't paying you _that amount of $ to ride the effin' _*_bench,_*_ got _*_OUT_*_ there!!"_

Look at their schedule. Even if the Lions aren't as strong as they themselves think, the only _REAL_ scare are the Browns. They'd have to lose both games against the Vikings & many others to not take this division. Green Bay isn't a big deal, Matt Lafleur can't make players play as a team.

I honestly think that there is enough evidence of individual players on the Bears playing badly enough to get _released_ let alone benched going on for two years now to suspect that someone is actually paying them to sabotage Fields, the team or both. Fields may be in on it. Sam Mustipher last year let pass rushers through so often & Braxton Jones suddenly this year started just ignoring corner blitzers. We have this on film. We also have one incident of Nate Davis running away from a block & shoving Lucas Patrick off of his as well. (Patrick glared at him). That's three people just on the o-line doing things that would get them kicked off of any other team, all on the Bears. Not _missing_ blocks; Refusing to perform them. & if the coaches are trying to win, wouldn't _they_ say something to ownership about it? The Chiefs benched _their_ RT just for drawing penalties. Can you imagine any of these Bears linesmen not getting rel;eased if Andy Reid saw them playing like that for him? The Panthers on the other hand have really only One Thing Wrong & unfortunately it's the HC. Every single other coaching hire they made this off-season is gold, *especially Ejiro Evero!* The same basic unit that just gave up 70 points was the one he had at #1 in the NFL most of last season. The Panthers' o-line was _exceptional_ last season protecting 3 mediocre QBs who weren't good at getting rid of the ball. Frank Reich who always assumes play-calling duties & who effed up the Colts o-line (which is why they're better this year) is there, pacing as if he's watching all his bad play-calling for clues as to why it doesn't work instead of delegating it to someone competent. He lost the room in Indy & likely has already done so in Carolina. He's a model of consistency in proving what Einstein said about insanity. Could you imagine Andy Dalton on the Jets? He'd be up there with Geno Smith like Smith was last year. The Browns have lucked out with Burrow & the Ravens having So Many Injuries. I knew two of the Ravens' RB's names going into the season & _4 of them_ are injured. Yeesh. Hey, imagine how much better EVERYTHING would have been had Aaron Rodgers gone to Denver _instead of_ Russ? I'm pleased that the Bills have changed *something.* I'm not well-versed enough to know what it is, but they're playing better on D & they're varying it up on O. This is great because So Many of the AFC teams we _thought_ were gonna be great are injured or REALLY proving to have been overrated. Not just Josh Dobbs: imagine a Johnathan Gannon jersey with him doing "Pew-pews?" _NO _*_WAY_* that thing doesn't sell out. Why haven't the Jets traded for a QB? They're practically _assured_ of making the playoffs with just about anyone but Zach Wilson or Carson Wentz. 'Tis highly strange.

... & now that we know Fields was staring instead of throwing due to the Terrible Coaching (& not something caused by anything else) how good is my suggestion that the Jets should have traded for _him_ looking? You wouldn't know about this, I made it before your channel existed. The Bears may as well tank so why not? They have mixed _nothing_ this past season except put D.J. Moore on yet another massively under-performing team. So they may as well trade him too. Imagine him on the Bills? Or better yet, the Chiefs. I honestly don't think Dak's arm will survive this season. Nothing to do with the Cardinals game, he's just forcing WAY too much. Stafford is here to _win_ not collect a paycheck. He is *motivated!*

Who would trade for Kyler? If he weren't injured right now, the Jets for certain. But that contract was nuts. It's not that he isn't great, just not as great as his contract. Still, a contending team might go for it if he heals well. He may yet get to the Jets. But what can they trade _for_ him? Damn. We might see Carson Wentz in green again.

For me, the story about that Saints game is that with Tannehill tossing 3 INTs, the Titans having no pass defense or o-line _AND_ a lot of ref-ball, the Saints only won by one point. That should Not Be Possible. As for the Patriots, they started slowly, too slowly. They missed some early opportunities to score more points. The Chargers have no D. None. They solved Tua last season, so kudos to McDaniel as always for changing the offense enough that the Chargers couldn't repeat that. Details like that are important. Agreed about the Lions game needing no asterisk. But again, it doesn't mean the Lions are great. Their offense scored 14 points on a team that kept giving that offense the ball. It's not like the Chiefs are a bottom defense even without Jones. I'm just saying this was a mediocre performance by the Lions' _offense._ The only team to prove me right this season were the Giants. They beat a lot of bad teams by less than 5 points & their schedule this season is way harder. As for the Bears, would you care to watch a couple of other people's vids on what happened? One of those video producers was invited onto a Bears sports radio show & got asked about something not everyone saw: the o-line allowed rushers through unblocked on multiple occasions. I joke about how it feels like the Bills are run by marketers who don't really know what football is so they just decide not to get players who can limit Allen's opps to hurdle defenders because they can market that. But in one video we see no one outside of Braxton Jones (LT) & there's a CB there ready to blitz. The guy who made that video can't remember having ever seen that. On another play, Nate Davis (RG) just runs at & shoves his own Centre instead of throwing a block. Wtf? But here's the thing: these guys don't get sat down? Talked to? As if the coaches see this as what they're supposed to do? Is there some secret ring where coaches bet on their own QBs getting sacked? _Aside_ from the (not _always)_ terrible play-calling, what was *that,* letting rushers through to the QB? I mean Davis runs into & shoves his Own Teammate. Does... Not... Compute...

I'm no longer a Lions fan, but without Kelce, ummm... it's not like Mahomes refuses to pass to five other open receivers in favor of Kelce. He's often the _only_ open receiver. The Lions are well-coached. I'd pick 'em to win this one. I think Myles Garrett is sick of everything & is gonna sack Burrow early, possibly hard enough for Burrow to miss a few plays. This rallies the Browns to a win, realizing that this isn't a game they can lose & expect to win in the playoffs. The Browns have DTR if Watson is a bust (did everyone forget about him)? Yeah, the Steelers _can_ upset the 49ers. But, despite Watt being back, someone tried to defend the Steelers' defense' stats without him saying "he doesn't take most snaps when he _is_ there due to injuries either." Doesn't fix the issue, just explains why the Steelers don't shut every opponent out when he's there. Their defense is overrated & not as effective as supposed. Russ' problems might be as stated here kzbin.info/www/bejne/b5_Ch3iPhrR6mKc. There's no reliable back-up in Denver & no one can wish psychological problems away. So I doubt that he's over them, as his philosophy is to pretend there are no problems. Self-defeating. This Dolphins game is one that can decide who gets a wild card spot or not. We know what Staley does in such instances. He decides that His Coaching needs to affect the game! So, while I expect the Chargers to be ahead late, watch out for the ego-maniacal control freak to undermine that. I'm no Packers fan & I trust Joe Barry to make his defense a virtual non-factor. Everyone knows his weaknesses, so the Bears hopefully adjust their game plans to account for them. The Giants _exceeded expectations last season!_ However, the coaching in Dallas is terrible. Did no one but me realize how their defense slowed down at the end of last season? I f I had to bet on this game I'd choose Dallas. The Bengals shut the Bills offense down all playoff game long & so far as we can tell, they still haven't called any offensive play that wasn't "hike the ball to Allen & let him figure it out." Whereas the Jets are strong everywhere & at everything. They can stop the Bills, the reverse isn't true. This might actually be a blowout.

Hey Andrew. Don't take this personally, but you tripped over something that kind of triggers me. We're still giving the unproven Herbert the benefit of the doubt that his OC has kept him from achieving greatness, eh? Well if my team's OC came in & took a stellar 38 TD to 15 INT year & called plays that changed them into an only 18 (less than half) to 31 (more than double) season I'd be mad too. Only that isn't what happened to Herbert. It's what happened to Lamar Jackson. 36 & 6 to only 16 & 13. Took only two seasons to do it too. & the thing is there *are videos out there **_proving_* it's the play-calling, unlike with Mike Lombardi or even Matt Canada. Kurt Warner kzbin.info/www/bejne/gJjJc5Jqecyhe7M showed how even the angle the routes are sent on makes it near impossible to catch a pass. Others have accidentally pointed out how Greg Roman doesn't call the same, effective (16:40 into kzbin.info/www/bejne/gnKbq3tndrWXpZI) running plays when Lamar is in. There are several videos showing that he sends receivers into double coverage, but my favorite is the one that shows them being sent on routes that *start* in it kzbin.info/www/bejne/fpyxoY2upp1jhJY only to end up in quadruple or more coverage, ensuring that no one can get open. Anyhow, I don't expect everyone to know this as it's something So Obvious & hurtful to the league that no one wants to speak openly about it, but it's more food for thought here that may affect your assessments going forward. Whether intentionally or not, there aren't many QBs who could win games for their teams with these plays. So imagine what a guy who can win MVP in a league with Brady, Rogers, Manning, Brees etc. can do after three years of being hand-cuffed then suddenly let free with 3 healthy top receivers? Whoops, forgot Mark Andrews. Four. A guy who had the best passing stats with Hollywood Brown as his #1 deep threat now has all that. It's gonna be fun to watch.

It all happens. There's a bit of the finding remote control cars fascinating in childhood that overlaps with how we view sports & we grow out of that. Then appreciating sports differently comes later, after a long gap. I stopped watching the NFL in '14 or '15 because channels like yours didn't exist (or I hadn't found any) & even though I *could watch* games, I couldn't _analyze_ them. All that was available were mainstream outlets that delivered the games the same way, by only showing what we missed in the replays & even then at their pace, but also still leaving plenty out. Now I subsist on inadequate recaps & infotainment channels. But it still gives me a lot to analyze.

As a Fields Fanatic, I now have my doubts about Fields. He isn't doing as well as Bagent with the same team, & I don't mean statistically. I mean he's so uncertain it looks like he doesn't even know if he wants to be *doing this* anymore. Even the TD he tossed to Herbert Week One that went for a TD was one because the coverage broke down. It was all YAC (as was the one to Moore) & he was S-L-O-W to throw it. This continued throughout the preseason. He's *_really_* not ready for the season to start. Based on what we saw.

The only thing wrong with the Colts' black helmets is that they will be playing football in the daylight & heat while wearing black helmets. I'm honestly surprised they haven't been outlawed. As for everything else, I've hated the dull grays & greens the Seahawks have been employing so the throwbacks are an improvement, sure. As for the Lions I _love_ the look of those helmets. Despite the lion itself looking dinky, somehow those two bars make it work. I like the gray unis, but you're right, not with the blue. I think they're just not brave enough to go all gray. But I _hate_ the light powder blue they wore most of last season. The creamsicle is actually closer to peach. Either way it doesn't feel like a football color, but at least it stands out. I think it's a mistake for the Titans to go back to Oilers unis though. What's the point? The locals won't feel more connected to the team wearing those. I _hate_ kelly green. Also the Jets made their dark green work so well with black highlights & they're switching back to something that just lacks any excitement. _That_ green with that white looks as flat as house-paint.

*_Excellent_* assessment of The Emperor (Bellichick). I think his draft choices are a pathetic attempt to find another below-average QB to prove His System works. He's always been a defensive genius with, sorry to say it, Delusions of Grandeur. He needs to learn to delegate so the offense can succeed but that isn't what he did when Brady was there so he won't do that now. As for the Dolphins, I'm amazed that someone besides me hasn't made the obvious comparison with the Ravens. A (supposedly) Excellent QB-based offense (because their back-ups don't win? Whose back-ups _ever_ win? Brady *was* an outlier but remember, Drew Bledsoe couldn't get a starting job on _any_ good team, was aging & on the decline. That wasn't Brady's doing). They have a seemingly inefficient run game, solid defenses, now both have great receivers. But everyone says that Dolphins will be great _unless_ Tua gets injured & that the Ravens should be strong if Lamar stays healthy. So everyone is expecting Lamar to get hurt & not Tua. But wait: the Dolphins have coaches that call plays designed to win. The Ravens had Greg Roman. The Ravens remained relevant despite that & now have what was missing. _Every_ team will likely lose top players to injuries every season. Based on roster & what we've seen them do when good plays were called (Dobbins got high YPC when Huntley was in at QB & Roman called different plays) the Ravens are a tier better than the Dolphins with fewer weaknesses. Another Ytuber who does deeper analyses put the Dolphins above the Ravens & Browns in his assessment. But based on their own criteria, the Dolphins actually seem very weak. Their D is strong at the line & nowhere else, their O can be shut down. You can't say that about the Ravens.

You're wrong about nothing, but I think we make a mistake assuming all owners have championships as their highest priority. I've known people who considered doing things the Right Way over the way they preferred go bankrupt & lose everything. Jerry Jones might be a perfect example of this. Before he hired staffers to keep it from happening anymore, he used to make the news as much as Snyder & Irsay, & for the same reasons. Egos don't change. For instance, you said Kellen Moore was scape-goated for the offense last year. How is that even possible? Doesn't Mike McC know how to call offensive plays & even said he'll return to doing so this coming season? How did the OC override the HC unless the owner told the HC that this was going to be The Way Of Things? I'm no fan of McC, but he has never called plays as terrible as last season's. If you watch Kurt Warner's breakdowns of Dak's INTs, you might see a few things watching the Cowboys receivers fan out. 1) They're running such uninspired routes the defense keeps up with them without any need for urgency. 2) No matter how they start, they end up in the same arc with the two middle ones 6-8 yards deeper than the two on the sidelines. This is why Dak was playing hero-ball so much, because he had to. I think that Jones, getting tired of McCarthy has never let McCarthy run the team even before, is meddling now & as he always did before sought to blame someone for the end result. Moore got scape-goated? I'm not sure signing on with the Chargers is punishment. Aside from they're run by Staley anyway. He reminds me of Mike McDaniel in that he's kind of like a geek trying to coach via stats & treats the players like Human Resources, as if they have No Value unless they're playing (so why would he sit them out & not get them injured, right)? But he has zero talent & in the clutch he goes against what his own stats tell him to do. He simply can't handle pressure & isn't smart enough to realize it or delegate. While we _wish_ incompetence got fired, owners like yes-men who take the fall & don't argue with them. Good vid though. & accurate.

I always learn a lot from your videos and it’ll be interesting to watch this one again at the end of the season to see how accurate your predictions were. I wasn’t surprised to see Coach Staley made your list for the reasons you stated but I was VERY surprised to see the Great Bill Belichick’s name. Obviously he has to go someday but I don’t think Mr. Kraft wants to be remembered as the guy who showed one of the League’s most successful and highly respected coaches the door. No… I think Coach Belichick will be the Patriots Head Coach until Coach Belichick decides to hang up his headset and clip board. Thanks for posting these fun videos. They’re interesting and are definitely making me look forward to the start of the regular season!

Year one Texans will be better than the Colts but no chance they over take the Titans. Jags lose the South to the Titans.

My pick for an awesome new uniform is the SEAHAWKS! Yes I am a huge Seahawk fan, but must agree with the Watercooler Quarterback ( who just so happens is my grandson)! A+ couldn't agree more.

Jones, Daboll, and Waller should be fantastic, that's for sure! I've got some faith in Washington's WR core though. Giants Commanders could go either way to me

Fun video! But why you gotta hate on Detroit for featuring Scar from the Lion King on their helmets? 😂 That old lion’s lean, mean and hungry for a Super Bowl victory!!!

It looks dinky, right? Yet somehow, those two bars make the design work. The helmets are gorgeous.

Here's the latest word on the Cowboys. Did you hear Mike McCarthy say he was going to return to offensive p-lay-calling now that OC Kellen Moore is gone? This makes zero sense because it implies that Moore somehow prevented Mike McC from doing so, right? Well, _couldn't_ he? Not directly. Owner Jerry Jones used to make the news as often as Jim Irsay & for the exact same reasons, so I think he hired staffers to make sure that stopped & just as Ezekiel Elliot being given more carries was his call, so was telling the HC to listen to the OC. Just watch footage from the Cowboys most of last season versus this, you'll see it. 100% uninspired plays on repeat. The Chargers just got no better than last season. The _Cowboys_ may have gotten an upgrade. But I don't know if McC is any good. We have footage of his on the sideline smashing his headset in frustration as if he cares. But he's still the HC who cost the Packers the playoffs in '14.
