You're doing it wrong. From the video published by Spyder MT Thunder 4, there's a space inside the padding, at the back part, where you can set-up an intercom.

The most worst helmet I've ever had had MT helmet. I really get disappointed and wasted my 9500Rs on MT blade2 Sv model. I never recommend it to any other person. Cost wise it's not up to the mark, better to have any other brand but this. I have a total of 4 helmets of different brands but MT is the worst ever. I am quite happy with LS2, SMK and for daily Commute TVS helmet. if you want to save your money, Don't Buy #MT helmets, most cheap quality products they are offering. Requesting you guys go with some other brands instead of shit. The most worst service provide by the Spartans pvt Ltd and Nowadays Powersports international Pvt Ltd in India. Even the company head office is also not responding for their poor service. In India, they are just looting with their brand name and selling crap to us. If anyone wants to know my experience with MT Helmet, please contact me and save your money. In reality, the product is very cheap with a lot of flaws. If i try to count the problems then you will think twice. 1. Colour has not long lasted and getting fade in 3months. 2. Colour is easily pelling. 3. Paint seems like cheap quality plastic wraping paper. 4. Sun visor quality is not good enough getting scratches easily. 5. Sun visor mechanism failed after 10 days of use. 6. Helmet visor quality is so cheap, It got scratches with the hits of mosquitoes and small flies and not even any hard thing struck to the visor. 7. Visor has too much gap after closing the visor that you may get too much wind blast while riding. You can't even listen to anything on the intercom if you like to use it. 8. The plastic quality is too bad it's getting faded and the material is very low grade. 9. The inner lining got torn and had a small cut without any touch of any sharp edge. 10. Last but not the least, the service center will not help you and try to escape to give you any kind of service or replacement. 11. Even, if you guys visit any good helmet store they will not suggest you MT helmets nowadays due to their poor service and quality. They knows the ground reality. Now, it's your decision Rider you want to go with MT Helmet and want to save your money or you still want to burn your precious money in their waste products. Ride safe, stay safe and keep others safe.

But this helmet has not a double D lock rest everything is good. But double D lock is required for this kind of helmet. I mean you are spending 13k.
