Great video - I had to rescue an EUS-CDS axios flange maldeployment by placement of a co-axial SEMS. The SEMS, protrudes in to stomach across pylorus, and I couldnt get it to be re-directed in to duodenal lumen. In case you described, does the SEMS, protruding through pylorus not significantly increase the risk of cholangitis, given gastric contents would preferentially go in to the SEMS ?

Hello sir I had this anti reflux musectomy. It's been almost 2 months. I'm really worried even after surgery I'm still feeling a warm sensation in chest kinda like medium heartburn. Usually, before surgery, I had heavy heartburn everyday. But now everyday after food taken, warm burning sensation in chest. Why the surgery isn't effective for me?

I have done ARMA but there's no relief. Now doctor suggested ARMS. So please let me know that Nissen Fundoplication surgey is best or ARMS. My demeester score is 54 and acid exposure is 15.7
