@@GrindSmart I think an overwhelming majority of people who are not financially stable buy those high end brands for sure. I don't think we represent the majority though. For example: a 50,000 dollar burkin bag isn't attainable for an everyday person who makes 40-100,000 a year.

Im struggling with this right now. Ive left a 9-5 both voluntarily and this time involuntarily. (Moved states and a potential new job fell through) So ive been freelancing from home. Thankfully ive always done art on the side and have a customer base I can always fall back on. But sometimes working for youself has frustrations too. I have more freedom and dont have to commute but sometimes money is tight and that's equally frustrating. Sometimes im thankful sometimes I'm frustrated. And now a 9-5 sounds good sometimes for more money 🤣 Hopefully one day I can achieve both the freedom of home and the income i want.

I personally believe, awkward people lack social skills outside of their own group. I grew up playing Pokemon, Yu-GI-oh and watching anime and the only people that knew were friends and the girl who I was with. I never projected my love for anime publicly because it was lame. Also I wasn’t a gangster or YN. Never played sports as well. Stop being awkward.

@ItsDanneybo I agree 👍💯.I'm not into name calling.i am who I am.if I identify myself as weird,simp,corny etc u name it..bottom line is I claimed it.i just want men to be proud and not be ashamed to be themselves.unlessan doesn't like himself or does not claim these things often seen as weak in others eyes.me I'm just me and I luv myself whoever I am and I'm also headed somewhere so this isn't the final product anyway.yet with all that said I want everyone to find their people and have their own support groups or whatever it is that brings a group of people together. I'm not into shaming or am a negative person and I can appreciate anyone else for who they are not who I want them to be.i don't believe in pushing or pulling anyone unless they want a fight lol.i want people to be themselves or change or be whoever they are and understand that it's ok.i believe in build it they will come.so I'm always wanting to see men put something or anything together.i believe in men and what they do and can do.i have always played team sports and huddled up with men to run a play and I'm a winner so that's my attitude I share with other men.and for men in particular I don't want us stewing in hate or negativity or down on ourselves.we are all human and will have our moments but as men we are not to stay there we strong we understand and we keep moving like we have to do anyway so there is no other play for man in my book 📚 📖.whoever a person is I want to help them find their people because I know u I and someone else are definitely not the only one.even Michael Jackson knows u are not alone lol.thats how I look at life and people and how I maintain respect all around the board and get along and improve with those who see and want the same things and same outcomes.thats what I'm about.positivity and forward progress. ✌️

On top of that, if you work 40 hours a week you only get paid for 30. You work an 8 hour shift and only get paid for 5 which means you work the first 3 months of each year for free. 🤦🏾‍♂️🤦🏾‍♂️

People.. Please don't quit your 9-5 job unless you have 6-12 months worth of emergency funds and 50k in your savings and a transition into a new job. Life is no joke out there guys. Stop quiting your jobs because people are giving unrealsitc reasons to do so. I would rather hate my job than to be evicted, homeless and hungry. I would rather hate my job than to feel stressed about not making ends meet that result in being in a position that will make me regret I quit that 9-5 job. Don't listen to these people who advice to quit your job unless you have financial security! It's no joke out there people!

I’m with you brother. Awkward black girl here, theater kid actually. I loved Sailor Moon, Samurai Jack, Pop music, alternative music from the UK, rock, all of it! Since I moved to Georgia, I really don’t feel like black ppl mess with me, like I’m not black enough. I’ve learned to enjoy my own company until I find my tribe.

@ I think it holds us back too as a group. There’s so much we can learn from other cultures that we can bring back home yet our ppl see it as a negative. I’ve been called a white woman with black skin so much it doesn’t bother me anymore. But what I’ve learned from other groups, especially about family values and finances, I try my best to share it with my family. At least, those that will listen lol.

You might find Louisiana more to your liking. It's got its downsides with crime and tornados and coastal flooding, but the cost of living is way lower and sane, housing is affordable, lots of work options and opportunities. If that's too far south, try Arizona. Of course the Arizona elite will hate you on sight because you'd be "another Californian coming here to turn it into a liberal cesspool" but ignore those ones, they're filled with hate and misery. Overall Arizona folks are generally happy people, living the good life, having fun, lots to do and explore, a wealth of history, and the northern parts have perfect 4 seasons and no extreme weather. It's also a good spot for nomads if you do the nomad thing or want to. I was born & raised and trapped in Louisiana and made a home in Arizona which is my forever home. I can't deal with the tornados lol. YMMV but it's something to consider. The coastal states are overinflated in value, overcrowded, and are the craziest to live in. Move inland and things ease up considerably.

Thank you ! My father in law is from Bastrop/Monroe Louisiana. Would you say there is a lot to do for a young growing family? I have a buddy in Arizona, Yuma Arizona if I'm not mistaken. He's echoed those same sentiments. Thank you Soo much for all of this information !

@@ItsDanneybo Yep, tons of stuff to do indoors and out, but it also depends on where you go in La. I would recommend the bigger cities with a more thriving ecosystem and economy, than smaller cities or towns. Shreveport is a fairly good choice up NW of the state. There is crazy weather, still crime, but you'd already be there when the evacuations down south send you up north anyway to get out of the line of hurricane fire, lol. It's also turning into "little Hollywood" with a ton of movies and tv shows being produced there. I think 50 Cent has also come to town and bought up a ton of property to turn it all into affordable housing, jobs, and a strong and thriving urban cultural mecca. He got some old abandoned buildings so dirt cheap it's rattling. I think on the main property he got it for 2500 dollars a year. Amazon has or is about to set up shop and become a major employer to offset all the casinos and boats. I'm in northern part of the state. Definitely central and northern Arizona are the better places. If you want tiny resort town life, there's Page-Lake Powell and Sedona. If you want hometown college life and lots of outdoor activities, gorgeous views and solid 4 seasons, but small city life, it is Flag all the way. If you want a quieter, scenic, easy life with the same, there's Prescott & Prescott Valley. The smaller towns dotting between there with lots of land and views for the off the grid, off the beaten path, out of the grind are worth considering. Once you drop lower into the Pheonix and greater metro area, you have the largest populations and their offshoots, and farther south like Yuma and Tuscon, it's gonna be thriving, but also higher crime, closer to California levels of expensive and hot as all get out, lol. I have no idea if you were actually considering relocating and that's why you were talking about it in your video but I thought I'd toss it in there in case you were. If not, moot point. I'm trying to do better with trusting my intuition, but for one reason or another thoughts gets pushed down and I look up and another important task takes longer than it needs to-I get it done but it be like a torture that I put myself through.

sounds like you need your cdl license, 20 years ago, i went for my cdl, because i never made it a year at those jobs working inside because the day went too slow,🕛🕑🙄😤😮‍💨 too much workplace drama, and you don't have to be stuck in the same space with people you don't like & vice versa, 😤😮‍💨being on the road completely reversed & minimized that.👍🏽 also, with seasonal cdl jobs certain times of the year you can opt for unemployment, and during those times i rest, workout, and try different things, and fall off the earth when i don't have to be visible, listening to you talk sounds like you need a break and reset.

🤔💡my solution to what you're talking about was making it a priority to put money out of each paycheck towards try-learn-fail-try again, sometime in 2022 i slowly began to build up what i needed to figure out how to grow a tiny bit of food indoors, because i feel if i produce something, not only will that free up a few dollars, and when those hard & unexpected times occur, god willing me & those around me won't starve. by 2023 after many failed attempts i figured out how to regrow a navy bean, but when it grew the leaves were yellow or the plant was leaning over indicating something was wrong, and after some research i learned a different soil pre-prep process has to occur depending on what's being grown, so i spent all of 2024 trying to find a beginner kit to solve that problem and when the holiday season came i found a beginner soil prep kit, as well as a beginner friendly kit to grow food in water only. i agree with what you're saying how you can never get ahead, following society's plan of sacrificing your happiness, health, and time for a few extra dollars, because you and those around you don't know any different.

It usually is older than 36 but it means your intelligent and aware. I read a guy's book who said "don't compare yourself to others, compare yourself with who you were yesterday". All we can do is look forward to the small things. Oh yeah, that same guy said "happiness is fleeting and suffering requires a sustaining meaning" I don't have any answers. Good video.

Hey, what’s up man? How you doing? I listen to your story on KZbin and I got to save and I’m not even making $20 an hour but I live in a country I live in Plymouth North Carolina. It’s pretty much reasonable. My daughter actually live in a two bedroom two bathand 550 a month you know it’s pretty much affordable to live in a country rather to live in a big city. I move here from Miami and August 2024 and it’s pretty much working out for me and Wife and my kids.

BM old and young who arent rich need to learn a second language and most make sure they fix whatever flaws they have cosmetically. America is a system where the rich or the attractive have all the fun and those opposite to that are outcast. The look standards of the U.S. arent suited for BM who aren't a 8 or above in looks or are regular guys working a job instead of living the fast life. So make sure you learn a language, get your passport and fix yourself so when you land in another country you can live the life you actually want to live without any barriers

This is why I'm supposed to start your own business start your own value. Build your own value. I know, not everybody can work for themselves. I'm lucky I'm plus I downsized too I live automatically. I live out to my camper Van. And I also offer a small local base. So I pay a lot less bills which allows me to do less work and not worry about if I don't go to work because it's winter or cold outside. My rent won't get paid. Is still does.

Our BM ancestors legally fought tooth and nail to be called "a Man." For later generations, sadly, that wasn't enough. Ever since the engineered split of our family structure, BM & BW have a habit of trying to remix old denigrating terms like the n word. It's akin to attempting to spit-shine a 💩. When the 60s leaders and visionaries were deleted, the system replaced them with the underworld hustlers, charlatans, and baiters. And most of our community has adopted their hardened social veneer. I don't use this word, nor do I tolerate its use around me. I don't spend an appreciable amount of BM who use such language. We have to collectively level up our games and bury these terms 6' under.
