Only English calender is good and still fine. No any other calendar is accurate at this time. But other calenders can make accurate.

Totally did not mention aryabhatta who was the FIRST human to accurately measure planetary movements and revolution cycles. Bhattacharya, who invented the number ZERO. Both critical to calenders

Gregorian calender is a joke which was modified by the influencers in their times for their own benefits. Even the Jesus birth is not celebrated on the exact date as whole western world is following Gregorian calender. Although we Indians and some other countries (mostly Asian) follow our Indian calender and celebrate the festivals based on the accurate positions of the Sun, moon and other major celestial bodies to this day. Even the old Bible talks about March-April as beginning of the year. Have you ever wondered why September, October, November and December have common postfix sound 'amber' (sound) and all other months doesn't have that postfix. Because January to August months have got the names changed/renamed by Greeks and Romans after their Gods/Kings from original Indian names and also adjusted days in each month just to show the dominance of one God over another. Somehow they left September, October, November and December names unchanged. In Indian ancient langauage Sanskrit, september means 7th month, October means 8th month, November means 9th month and December means 10th month. So Jan is 11th month, Feb is 12th Month. Thats why March is the 1st month in India. Indian sages divided whole journey of earth around sun into 12 parts to complete one cycle which is called a year. Earth starts the cycle in the month of March (not an original Indian month name). Below are the numbers in Sanskrit and you can see how the numbers 7, 8, 9, 10 are pronounced. And at the end of each month's name 'amber' is attached which means Sky. So our sages named the months based on the position of the earth around sun in the sky. Indian calender was calculated based on the brightest objects in the sky i.e. Moon and the Sun. Also just like a week with 7 days, a month with 30 days, a year with 12 months we have 60 years with each year having different name. After 60 years again the cycle starts. Why 60 year cycle? Because our ancestors considered next big celestial bodies Jupiter and Saturn for this calculation. Jupiter takes 12 years to complete a rotation around sun where Saturn takes about 30 years of time to complete one cycle around Sun. By the time Saturn covers the sky twice, Jupiter covers it five times and at the end of 60 years, both Jupiter and Saturn would repeat their relative positions with reference to a given star. This is the basis of the 60-year (samvatsara) cycle that is followed by the Indian calendar. 7 (७) सप्त (sapta) सप्तम (saptama) 8 (८) अष्ट (aṣṭa) अष्टम (aṣṭama) 9 (९) नव (nava) नवम (navama) 10 (१०) दश (daśa) दशम (daśama) Example: September means Earth's position in the sky is 7th part of the cycle

serious wanna hear about a real stories? Okey here-!! the story begins with the muslims in france then the christians attack the muslims because the muslims have attracted many christians to join the muslims then the christians have killed all the muslims in france and canada but in canada there is a place called Granada was the last place where they killed Muslims but in a deceptive way.... all the Muslims hid in the house and then the Christians tried to deceive by saying "O all Muslims.. please leave the house.. we will not kill you all.. we everyone will let you out of this granada using the boat that we have prepared.." then most of the people came out of the house towards the boat and some people didn't come out of the house because they didn't believe.. less than a minute after many muslims came out the christians started burning the houses there and the boat that was promised to him were also burned to the ground and they killed all the Muslims.. they deceived the Muslims and then to remember that they won against the Muslims they even made the name "April Fool" because it is the same on April 1st and the fool fooled the Muslims.. wait for the reply later ☺..

Kinda short and sweet, but seems like you missed out on 90% of important calendar information, but given the fact this video is 12 years old and you had probably no knowledge of the 28 day calendar year, or what the Mayan calendar actually represented Ill give you a pass..but realistically this video should be taken down for misinformation
Never forget that Thomas Edison is often credited (or more accurately, maligned) with using electricity to kill an elephant as part of a publicity stunt.

The Mayan Calendar never predicted the end of the world...thats a deliberate misinterpretation (probably by the Church, the Julian Calendar/Julius Cesar and the Gregorian Calandar/Pope Gregory XIII). The Mayan Calendar was marking the end of an age... and it is still one of the most accurate Calendars today!
