Sometimes I feel so down. I feel like noone understand me at all. When I want to good thing but noone can support what I do. Only this mantra can calm me down. Because I believe that Buddha will always with me even noone with me.

This is the most peaceful religion I have come to known, it does not preach self of others but peace within one self. Instead of wanting to overtake you learn to care for others even if others are opposed to you.
