I’m Vietnamese. I usually have a cup of hot water with lemon juice and honey after I get up. My breakfast often have potatoes, an egg, bananas or some fruits, a cup of milk or coffee, sometime I have oatmeal or rice soup. I don’t like meat in breakfast or eating out.
