Stop working your lower back like this, this is not an exercise!! Do you stretch or strength your core correctly by doing planks or core workouts? That’s how your strengthen your lower back, they work together, all muscles work together, you don’t want more pinch nevrves and your body will start hurting more
@RyanNickels10004 күн бұрын
Yayaya keep watching me 🤣 tell me how you have a strong lower back by just doing sit up. I’ll wait
@noseeqponner4 күн бұрын
Bro this is not how to workout your lower back, your flexing your lumbar spine putting it at risk for pinching nerves. Look up at how to do this exercise first before performing because it’s meant for your lower back, hamstring, and glutes.

Holding your Breath while doing the exercise decreases the benefit because it decreases your O2 Saturation not allowing the proper amount of oxygen to be distributed to the muscle you are targeting.
@got_logic13207 күн бұрын
A little misleading. Holding one's breath can potentially give you those extra few reps, which in the long run, is more beneficial than the immediate oxygen needs of the muscle. Because for one thing, your muscles aren't growing at the moment of exercise, it's only growing when it's recovering. You have more benefits with more reps. Also, the benefits of holding one's breath, is more evident during much heavier lifts, like squats and deadlifts. Any experienced lifter will demonstrate holding their breath, particularly with a belt (as that's how it works to stablize and support your core), during the lift. If you've never had to hold your breath during lifting before, you simply haven't lifted heavy enough.

If you need a neck pad you are probably placing the bare wrong and it looks like you are placing too high. It should be lower and on the muscles so it will not hurt. As a benefit it helps with the balance.

No race of people in this country has benefited more from preferential treatment than Whites. That's a fact. Moreover, here in the USA, no race of people has earned for more than they deserve than Whites. Another fact.
@southwestmotorcyclerider464415 күн бұрын
This society has never been merit based, and it's a lie to say so. For example, if it were so, not every U.S. president would have been White except President Obama. The U.S. government has always made and executed laws for the benefit of Whites.

@@RyanNickels1000 I can see that you're more informed by memes than facts and history. Do you understand the real motive behind racial segregation and racial discrimination? It was so that Whites didn't have to compete because it was and is well known that plenty of Blacks are more qualified for jobs than Whites. It was meant to bolster the myth of white supremacy. Finally, you should know that the largest group to have benefited from affirmative action was White females -- not Blacks or Latinos. Yet Blacks have faced far more persistent racial employment discrimination that any segment of this population. Unions weren't only meant for bargaining; they were also used for a very long time to prevent the entry of African Americans into trades? Why? To benefit Whites. Study your history, White man.
