So how would one fix as in make smooth. The ugly knockdown crap they put on my new walls. Start over completely ? I'm sure the drywall is ruined

Bro your numbers are off a bit. That’s not an average bathroom remodel in the video. That’s a custom bathroom remodel wich cost a little more than an average bathroom remodel. This coming from an experience plumber. I’ve done average Bathroom remodels for 2-5k with my dad. whole remodel. Or just shower remodel for the same price . Depending on how big the bathroom is depends on price. They range from 5k-10k easily in mobile homes and spec houses.

400k to add a floor?? you can buy a brand new house in FL for less than that. Are you serious?

This stuff is phenolic resin and more or less the same as a countertop in a chem lab - while it is chemically resistant I wouldn't recommend putting a hot pan on it.

Yes. Sure. Just finished 2 bathrooms full remodel, 18k both. labor + mid range materials. East Coast in a HCL town. Looks just as good and professional work was done.

Love this and love the color and shape of the tile! BUT, is anyone bothered by the cabinet above and next to the fridge that are white when the others are green (amazing shade of green)?
@DesignBuildRemodeling13 күн бұрын
I'll have to ask our designers about that! I think the idea was to keep that part of the room feeling lighter since it was away from the two windows.

I’m looking at adding an addition to a brick house fora master bath and I’m at about $35K with most of that going to the tile and the roof. Granted, I’m doing over 75% of the work myself (contracting the roof, roof framing tie in, electrical, windows, and masonry work.

The problem with this ban is that people then run extension coords from the wall which leads to even more trip and fall hazards, The best thing to do is to hem the coords from the floor, and have the coords further off the ground. Banning it as far as they have often means there is no outlets on the island at all, which is a cause of a larger issue. Making it so there is guidance on how to set them up properly or running a small coord bracket to help hem the coords up would be better, but then again, I have low expectations.
