I live in a tiny boring town but we actually have a ton of bald eagles in the area. Our local state museum just hosted a bald eagle day where you could drive to a few different locations to watch them

Love these ideas! What do you do with them when they are done? My daughter is attached to all her art and I keep so much of it but it becomes overwhelming to store it all. She gets so offended if I try to throw something away

April I was charity shopping at weekend and found a cath Kidston trunk suitcase (I’m Scottish), it’s ideal for my daughters memory box. I really think you could thrift/make your own really special one but totally those are beautiful

Okay totally probably showing my age (35) but I need this answer which is probably so simple lol - I know you said you film this right now on your phone so even if it’s you at the beach and these little snippets are you just taking multiple short videos and then putting them all together on your computer? I want to do this in general for our family not even posting just putting moments together like this to have like our own home videos but with character and charm that reflects our family vibe like yours - honestly I know your just getting the hang of things on here but a Substack podcast or even youtube video of this would be amazing!! Thanks again for the inspiration. This video was so Much better then watching as show as I fold laundry this morning; very calming and you keep giving so many ideas and little tidbits to come back to or research, so again thank you for being vulnerable and spending the time doing this!

YES! So we’ve done MWC for 2 years and just finished the WHOLE curriculum in 5 months. My son flew through it. Per your recommendation I ordered Singapore math and going to give that a go and see if it will challenge more. Not in a hard challenge but just open up and see more what my child is capable of. I feel like the teaching style is very similar just maybe pushed them a little more
