Running on the Trueform is fantastic with good form and annoying with poor form. It takes practice and discipline to develop and maintain correct running form, but if you educate yourself and then work on it, you get it quickly. My experience is that running on the Trueform has greatly improved my running, which I never got from running on a traditional treadmill.

Its ok but puts a lot of strain on your calfs , used one for a few weeks and if you slightly lean forward you find yourself sprinting very quickly you have to control your posture

Thank you I've been interested in getting one and I was thinking about a manual treadmill. I was looking into the Sunny brand but you opened my eyes to something better plus the performance really gave me an idea of how well it works thats my option.

the price is way too much. it has a very basic display and no incline setting so every runs a flat run. this would be good for short speed work but longer running i think a normal treadmills still better.

the treadmills are best from this think.

what is you treadmill brand? I am from Bangladesh..

I get it about running form but lets get real. Most people run 9 to 11 min mile pace. Form really is not all that important in that scenario. Losing weight through diet and walking with a small amount of jogging is the best medicine for a nation that is fueled by fast food.
