Anybody who don’t know the story by the song here’s an explanation cus it’s my turn to be the guy: basically this is a sound recording of him raping a dead woman’s body he bought. In blind date, the first song of the album, it explains a crap ton of different stuff.

Mr Schwarz why the hell isn't this Organum guy much better known than he is ? If it wasn't for you, as is so often the case, we'd be floating around clueless to the sounds this man makes. I have no idea where you find them but I'm glad you do. For any Loop/Main enthusiasts out there, I just read that the Organum albums Syphis and Valley of Worms are collaborations with Robert Hampson. Since Hampson isn't as prolific as I wish he was, this is excellent news. It's his presence on 'Pure' which makes it my favorite Godflesh album but that's a whole other story.

some of my favorite guitar on this album, matches the mournful lyrics so well. Used to jam this album hard in the early 2000s. Still holds up. I can only dream we'll get remasters of the original tapes someday that don't have digital cleaning effects from the early 2000s.
