You are getting under it/glancing it with the outside of your boot instead of driving through it with the central meat of your foot. One thing I would try for now is dropping the ball straight into the volley. In this vid, you are adding that little upward toss and it feels like it’s throwing off your contact. Maybe build up to the little toss.
