80T+ wheel sprocket 7T engine cog (6 will wear harder)

i just picked up a geo with a non working gz25n14. Thanks Visa Trade! I will be ordering a mount and sprocket from a gsr. what engine should i use? i have a 49cc from a pocket bike. should i use that?

49cc will be too much for the 2 hole mount on the Geo Bigfoot frame (it will likely twist the mount). The 52mm (smaller) mount with a 32cc is the most I would do. I just got one and will be installing the new engine soon.

Actually the magnesium Wheel it comes with is fine (for lighter riders) as far as the wheel goes, GSR Cruiser wheel bolts, nuts, sprocket to wheel spacers. The 52mm mount with clutch and bearing (complete) works well on this frame. But, yes there is a little more to it minus the talk about the GZ25n14 to GZ25n23 engine conversion.

I have heard the 150lb limbs do not work well with the 6 bolt magazine version. I have the 120lb limbs. The auto-loader system leaves a gap between the back of the bolt and the string. I'm not saying don't try it if that is what you need but be aware if a bolt is split in the back, your limbs are too strong.

Alot of updates. I'm trying to sell it now. I moved offgrid and the dirt roads are too bumpy. I ended up using a BCP Pro-Cruise because it kept snapping bolts in the clutch. I also used stock hardware to connect the sprocket to the tire. I'll post an update video. Thank you for subscribing. Another reason I'm not fond of the GSR is the air tires. It's important to keep a backpack with a spare tube, pump, and any tools you'll need to replace it if you're going for a distance ride.

Yes. Replaced all Vacuum lines and car was idling smoothly again. I think I also replaced the throttle body.

Just a keyboard and mouse works fine. This game is normally played with fingers on a touchscreen so a keyboard and mouse give great control.

Thank you RCP. I thought I replied... I really appreciate you viewing my video. I use Microsoft Flight Simulator X nowadays since they put it on Steam. I haven't been doing many aerobatics, just flying around a Cessna 172 and using the "Turn Coordinator" to reduce turn slip. I haven't been on that in a while now though either. They also made an android App game that is fairly legit called "Xplane 10." It's pretty fun sitting in the line at the DMV and playing a flightsim.

+Calvin Lippert It's probably a lot cheaper to just buy a complete Go-ped with the engine you want in it already. I mainly made this video because before I did it, no one had done it and forum users said it could not be done. I was also kind of tired seeing people listing crap on craigslist and never finishing a project but just reselling the junk they bought. The Bigfoot Geo frame has a somewhat weaker mount because it only uses 2 mounting holes for the engine mount instead of 3.

+Carlton Harris They are just washers, I don't know why the heck I kept calling them spacers. Basically take your stock geo bigfoot rear axle to the hardware store, Buy 6 washers that fit the diameter of the axle the size of the washers shouldn't matter too much but try not to get larger than the wheel's bearing. You may need more than 6 because they sell different widths but start with 6. The idea is to space the distance you will need between the spur gear on the wheel to the frame so the spur gear does not rub the frame. Also, not to over space so that the chain from the engine side (pinion gear) is over stretched. I think the true size is 3/4 of an inch because the 1 1/2 inch gsr spacer was twice too long.

Thank you for your "go faster" question. I would not recommend using a larger engine on a Geo-Bigfoot frame because of the Engine Mount adapter that only has 2 bolt holes. I would guess this engine mount needs to be used www.davesmotors.com/s.nl/it.A/id.2520/.f If you want me to, I can check the width to see if it is the same as the 52mm Clutch Engine Mount. If it is the same width the same concept would work.
